Hey Fam!I created a new route in Aspire. I see 4 options at the bottom of my screen Crew-Property-services-scheduling. It gives me the option to add a list of properties to this route specifically. I'm not sure what this function actually does?

Hello, all! Humbly asking that you vote on the following. Many, many, many companies use Branches for their different brands and clients don’t know who the parent company is when they get an SMS or email notification from the system. In my case, the SMS opt in text says, “Meinert Enterprises would like to send...” and the email notification comes from “Meinert Enterprises”. That’s just the parent company/legal name; my clients don’t know it. Huge problem for my consulting clients as well with many companies/brands. We NEED to be able to customize this. We utilize Aspire to manage invoicing for two similar companies. One company has fewer clients but still sends invoices through Aspire. I've configured each company under 'Organization' with their specific logo, email, and invoicing structure. In 'Configuration' > 'Invoicing', I've set 'Email invoice from' to the main account.Issue:While the invoices display the correct logo at the top, the watermark and footer still show the main company's logo and info.Steps Taken:Set up each company in 'Organization' with unique branding details.Configured 'Email invoice from' to the main account in 'Configuration' > 'Invoicing'.Request:How can I ensure that the watermark and footer on invoices reflect the correct company's logo? Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your assistance.

In order to make a note public, can you do it from Aspire mobile too on or just on desktop?

I’m trying to get BurdenedCost from the WorkTicketTimes API endpoint to tie out to the ticket level P&L view in the app. On about 0.1% of tickets, I’m seeing a difference where there are extra entries in the API data that don’t exist on the ticket (at least anymore). Some of these have an ApprovedDateTime, some do not. I’m wondering if anyone knows if a field or fields exist on the API side to filter out these records that look like they should be excluded. I’d like to get the cost here to tie out within a rounding error, if possible.I’m also seeing something similar in ItemAllocations where the cost for materials ties out closely to the tickets Materials Cost Act, but not exactly.Anyone have any ideas here?

I am curious, how is everyone estimating travel time. I have some ideas I want to share with the community but first I wanted everyone’s opinion. How do you estimate travel time? Do you let the crew see the hours or do you remove them from the visits? How? When doing ticket review, How do you compare estimated vs actual hours? What columns to you use?

I was thinking yesterday wouldn’t it be nice if we could have our clients access their portal quick and easily through a QR code. I was thinking well that would be simple just print a QR code on everyone’s invoices then they would be linked directly to their portal. But then thinking about it I would need a lot of different QR codes for each client. My next thought was how about we just create like a base page for all clients to create an account. Then all I would need is one standard QR code. I think it would be like a website create an account with an email address all ready linked to a Property then they could access their portal. If they create an account with an email not linked to a property maybe you would just have it send them to your company’s website when they tried to log in. It would be an, IF THEN command for the computer. If we can do this please let me know. 

Hello,We currently subcontract our deck work, but are considering moving this to an in house service we provide.  Was wondering if anyone here uses Aspire to estimate deck/carpentry work in house and if so, any info/tips you may have on setting up kits for this type of work.Thank you,Tony

Is there a keyboard shortcut in Aspire to highlight the data in the cell where your cursor is so that you can replace the data without using your mouse to select it all or you backspace to delete it?

For those west of the cascades in the PNW, what percentage ranges are you using for general maintenance work over the year in your service schedule? This assumes your crews are doing mowing, weeding, pruning, etc. and those aren’t being handled by separate crews. We currently range from 20% to 120% but are plying with other ranges. 

As Aspire trigger the opportunity status change by “print proposal” or “email proposal”.A lot of the situation, estimator or sale rep would like to print proposal for review only!!! Not sent/delivery/propose to the client. It is very confusing. When estimator tried to print and review the proposal, but the status changed to “proposed”. if another person reviews this opportunity, they may believe that this proposal had been delivered. since the status change, also trigger to have the proposal ready for review on the customer portal. We would request that Aspire developed a better workflow here. Do you have a better name for the status? Or how do you handle the confusion here? Thanks,

How is everyone using Aspire to dispatch new sales leads to salesmen? I was told to use issues but I cant put them in any type of order. Wanted to see how other people are doing it?

I’ve asked Aspire billing (via email) - for three times in the past ten days - when will my current Aspire contract expire. No one answers…  No phone number for customer service in Aspire.Any idea on how to get that information, as well as discussing renewal or non-renewals?Thanks !!!Ray

We have a lot of different payment schedule options. So far, I can only find reporting on the back end, which obviously not everyone can see, about how many and what opps are on what schedule. Has anyone found a way on the front end, other than creating another tag, to run reports on this? Thanks!
