Take a look at what the White Pine release has to offer: Streamline Your Billing and Customer Communication  🤠 New Combined Statement Layout: Simplify your billing process! You can now generate a new combined statement layout that packages statements and all unpaid invoices into one easy-to-send PDF. This can include up to 50 referenced invoices, making it much simpler for your clients.  🤠 Advanced Visit Reminders: Ensure your clients are always informed. Your teams can now send service visit reminders via SMS and email up to 31 days in advance, reducing missed appointments and improving scheduling efficiency. 🤠 Client Visibility with Visit Note Images: Give your clients greater insight into the work you do. You can now include visit note images in the Customer Portal, providing better visibility into their service history and upcoming work. Enhancements to Efficiency and Usability 🤠 Item Catalog Advanced Search Panel: Improve visibility and efficiency when searching for items. The Item Catalog Advanced Search now features a side panel for items belonging to a kit. This panel displays the names of the kits the item is referenced in and provides a direct hyperlink to drill down into the specific kit. 🤠 End-of-Month Checklist Enhancements: For better usability when closing the month, we've made enhancements, including the ability for you to delete an end-of-month checklist and more! Boost Crew Team Productivity 🤠 Automated Weather Data in Mobile Workflows: Crews can now complete mobile forms more efficiently! Weather data is automatically pulled into the clock in/out and ticket workflows, saving time and ensuring accurate documentation. To utilize this new functionality, please ensure your teams have the latest version of Aspire Mobile, 1.36.

 Welcome to our first release of 2025: Eastern Redbud Release We're excited to unveil a suite of new features and enhancements that will make your experience with Aspire even better. Here's a sneak peek of what's included in the Eastern Redbud Release: Enhanced scheduling efficiency: Customers will be able to quickly reschedule work tickets in bulk with dependencies while maintaining the current day intervals, route assignments, and number of visits.  Insights for Aspire usage: With our Health Scorecard, customers will have access to actionable insights using an in-app, automated report showcasing performance trends and usage metrics.  Increased time adjustment visibility: Teams will have more transparency into adjustment made on employee time cards by conditionally requiring a note entry any time a change is made.   Level Up Your Game with the Blue Spruce Release Learn more about Blue Spruce here.  What’s new? Item Substitution Manage projects with greater flexibility. You can now easily substitute any items assigned to the same branch and item category within a work ticket without a change order. Users can view any item substitutions that occurred including the original item and the newly chosen substitute, if enabled, from Aspire Mobile.  Branch-portal configurationCustomer Portal 2.0 now supports branch-level customization, enabling system administrators to create distinct subdomains, branding elements, and tailored customer experiences for each branch. Updates include options for custom logos, headers, color schemes, page displays, and branch-specific invitation and password reset workflows. This feature provides enterprise clients with the flexibility to maintain local branding while offering a consistent user experience. Enhanced productivity and time-tracking features ⏱️Introducing several productivity and time-tracking enhancements in Aspire to support crew management and documentation workflows. Key improvements include mandatory fields for employee and manager notes in time correction requests, ensuring completion before submission.
