Just curious if anyone uses the P&L KPIs  - only place I can see the budget vs actuals.  Anyone notice the “Net Revenue” added and the GM budget is gone?

I noticed. We need the GM back. Getting a lot of questions about it.

Agreed! What do you think about this "net revenue"?

GM is more a direct way to indicate if missing any materials or if we are on track of operation.

With net revenue, need to do the match/comparison, which is one more step.

Hopefully the GM can be back.

Not sure what you mean by matching/comparison? But shouldn't your KPI match your revenue?  If my revenue is 100k and I issue a CM of 10k, my revenue is 90k just like it reads on my P&L.  Right?

I agree with you, Amy. Rather than requiring a click into the net column, I believe it would be more effective to display the total credit directly. Otherwise, we are forced to compare two separate columns to identify the difference.

In some cases—such as reviewing only the current month for a single division—the credit amount is relatively small, which makes “Actual Earned” and “Net Actual Earned” appear nearly identical on the chart. So we need to hover over the chart and do the comparison manually and then click into it, scroll to the bottom to review credits.
