Community Guidelines

Aspire Together Guidelines

Aspire Together is here for our customers, employees and partners. We want to make sure that the community offers a positive experience for everyone. Therefore these community guidelines have been established.

Be Respectful

Respect people's time and attention by asking well-thought-out questions and sharing what you've learned in your experiences. Respect individuals by keeping your tone positive, your comments constructive, and your language appropriate for a public forum. Assume positive intent. All people are welcome to use the community. Personal insults, threats of violence, and/or harassment have no place in the community and will result in a revoked community membership.

Be Relevant

Keep contributions relevant to the community’s purpose and to the specific discussion or topic posted. Keep discussions in one place. Do not duplicate messages in different areas of the community. If you have a new question, start a new thread rather than inserting it into a different conversation. Avoid direct or indirect promotion of a competitive to Aspire software.

Be Collaborative

Help others solve problems and succeed by contributing to discussions. Embrace new ideas and creative solutions. Give and receive feedback fearlessly, with respect and honesty. Use your passion to inspire others and help them succeed.

Be Sensible

Use good judgment when considering advice or best practices shared within the community. Some ideas may not be recommended for or pertinent to you since your situation, use case, or business practices may vary from those of the individual sharing a solution. Aspire is not responsible for the content generated by other users. Apply the same common sense to what you find in the community that you would apply to information anywhere else on the Internet.

No commercial use

Community members may not use the forum for (commercial) activities such as the advertising or sale of products or services.

No sharing of private information

Please refrain from sharing personal information (telephone numbers, email addresses, etc.) of yourself, other people or companies.

Moderator actions

The community team reserves the right to change or remove content or to restrict access to individual users, should it be regarded as necessary. It is not allowed to discuss any Moderation actions in public, should you disagree with an action taken then please contact a moderator or a community manager via private message.

The Aspire Logo and Employees

You will notice that some community members have the Aspire logo next to their names - this means they are Aspire employees. Like you, they are members of the community around Aspire products, and we encourage them to share their knowledge and opinions here.

Agreement to Guidelines

By using Aspire Together, you agree to follow these rules as well as Aspire Software's Access and Services Agreement. The community team reserves the right to edit, remove, archive, or otherwise alter submitted content to fit within community guidelines. In addition, the community team reserves the right to restrict access or block any user for not adhering to these guidelines. Flag inappropriate content for review
