While we use Property Intel, I don’t think we are getting the most out of it. We use it for take offs and drawing up simple designs for the customer to visualize what we’re estimating and for the crews to have a visual of what they are installing.
There are a couple of issues I have with PI that make it a bit tedious to use with Aspire. ie. check box to show to crew, but not the other options. It defaults to attach to invoice, but we never do that and always have to go back to Aspire and change it to attach to opportunity/proposal.
I know we still have a lot to learn.
