Countdown to the Ignite Conference – Time to Draw Our Game Plan!

 

The conference is just around the corner, and now’s the perfect time to start mapping out our approach.

 

Would you like to share your strategy so we can all learn from each other and make the most of our time there?

  • Wear comfortable shoes – You’ll walk a lot.

  • Bring a small portable charger – Phone will die from photos, scanning QR codes, and using event apps.

  • Have a 15-second personal pitch – Who you are, what you do, and what you’re looking for.

  • Set a goal – e.g., “Meet 10 new people in my niche” or “Find 3 vendors to solve X challenge.”

We used a shared excel sheet to share each team members schedule. 

each green cell has a drop down list to select the sections and we reference each other’s slection. 

We are brainstorming other good ways to share calendar, notes and findings during the conference as well.

Hi ​@kkinsella Thank you for sharing this. The event has not yet added to the App. So not sure if the scheduled can be shared with others through App. Right now on the webpage, I did not find a way. 

We will check it out later. 

Hi there- You cannot send your schedule to a colleague through the attendee hub, but we recommend taking screenshots to share with others. 

Also the Ignite mobile app will be available on 9/4! 

Very very excited for the keynote speaker and some of the sessions this year.

I guess you cannot ​@SoboYiW . I think you have a good solution. the other option is a shared calendar perhaps?  Maybe download the schedule, invite everyone on your team, and then people can just accept the sessions that they are attending?

once build your own schedule, you may download it and share it with your team members. That’s a convenient way!!!
