I will have issues with the schedule board not allowing me to move tickets around or drag and drop from the work ticket tab in the top right corner. The only solution I have found so far is by restarting my computer. Has anyone found a faster solution to this?
I assume you have restarted your browser troubleshooting this before you restart the whole PC, correct? If restarting the PC is the only thing that fixes it, it is very strange behavior and it would be hard to pin down what is causing it. Do you have a second browser you can try, like, Edge, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox to see if it’s a problem across all browsers on your computer, or just your preferred one?
I know this sounds stupid but sometimes the schedule board can be weird and the SHIFT or CNTRL key will be “stuck” activated when interacting with it. I’ve noticed this happening if I am moving quickly between the schedule board and another window on my second screen. If you are holding shift down, you can’t move tickets around from the top right or on the board proper, and if you are holding CNTRL down, it tries to select tickets to bulk move them. After troubleshooting with a secondary browser, next time it happens, hit shift a couple of times for good measure to see if that makes a difference.
Thanks! I will give a different browser a try next time. I did notice that aspire has functioned best for me through chrome. I was using edge at first and I seemed to have this problem more frequently so I swapped over to chrome and it has minimized the amount of times it has happened a good bit in my opinion. Thanks for the help!
