Is there any way to stop the screen from scrolling to the bottom when expanding Service Items initially when Creating an Estimate?

Performing Calculations in the Quantity fields in Opportunities?

Would this be useful to anyone?I sometimes need to use a spreadsheet or calculator to perform calculations of a total to be entered in a Qty field.The ability to perform a calculation (addition or multiplication) would absolutely help me optimize my time/work. Just wondering if others agree.Thanks.

What metrics is everyone posting for the field staff to see daily? This season we got monitors up in the shop to display schedules and allow account managers to dive into work tickets with team leaders. We would now like to start posting dials on the dashboard for each crew to be able to have a measurable to look at every day.

Time Entry Reviews

We meet weekly and go over all completed work tickets from the previous week. What we have noticed is that some tickets still show crew leaders that no longer work for us. This is on reoccurring services. How could we fix this?

Unable to Win CO

When I tried to win a change order, this error popped up: “A completed work ticket cannot be modified by a revision.” We have already completed this work and are winning it so we can bill the client, but I made no revisions to the tickets, and the schedule of values was unchanged.Have any of you seen or solved this problem before? Any Azuga experience/ reviews?!

I am thinking about switching to Azuga from Verizon Connect for dash cameras, GPS, and fleet maintenance. So far their customer service has been awful. I have tried for 2 months to get a demo so this makes me nervous. Has anyone had experience with them? Any good experiences or not so good experiences welcomed! Thanks in advance!

Does anyone have a solution to the formatting issues that we’re experiencing with copy/paste of default language into Opportunity Proposal Descriptions? We have tried to copy from Google Docs and Microsoft, but both have formatting that doesn’t seem to render well (or consistently) in Aspire.

Payment method blocked by error box

A client of ours is trying to add their payment information to pay for an invoice, but as soon as they go to type in the information they get the following error: a gray box that says boltgw.cardconnect.com took too long to respond. They have tried using two different browsers and refreshing the page but continue getting the same error. Do you know what could be causing this? Thank you!

Approve Optional Services for a Separate Job

How do we approve an Optional Service from an Opportunity into a separate job or series of work tickets? This would be a separate add on service with a different scope of work and frequency of work.How do we approve the optional service after we’ve already done the original work was done, invoiced, and the customer now decides later to do the add-on work?

Looking for Real-World Examples of Client Budget Tool Usage

In Aspire, there’s a tool that allows you to prepare a Client Budget at the property level. This can be a great conversation starter with your customers during their budgeting process for the upcoming landscape season.The budget can display: Monthly fees for contracted services (e.g., maintenance, irrigation) A breakdown of proposed work orders entered under the customer’s property While this feature is powerful, it’s not widely used by Aspire users. I’m looking to connect with a company that uses this tool effectively so we can gather real-life examples and share best practices with the greater Aspire community.If you or someone on your team is using the Client Budget tool regularly, I’d love to connect.

Earned Revenue tracking

Has anyone created a list (in work tickets or opportunities) that tracks earned revenue by calendar date? It looks like there is no date filter to limit earned income time frame.I’d like to create a dial from the list for each of our department heads, so they can track and modify their projections each month.

Multi Year Contracts

Hi,A lot of our existing maintenance and snow accounts have multiyear contracts. Is anyone familiar with how to set up a 2- or 3-year contract on one contract? As well as adding percentage increase each year or every other during those years on the same contract?I was told I have to do individual contracts for each year, which doesn't seem efficient!
