Does anyone have any advice on the fastest way to get pictures or videos from your phone onto your computer and adding them to work tickets or properties?
For photos,
Property : Site audit.
Work ticket: Aspire mobile App> visit notes or issues.
For videos,
there is not a straight way that I’m aware. Will upload to a cloud storage and past the link on property note or work ticket note meet the need?

How do you go about getting them from your phone to your computer and then over to aspire? The way I do it now is email it to myself from my phone and then download it on my computer. I was wondering if there was a faster process?
A handy way I found to do this is for videos is using onedrive. You can upload the video to onedrive from your phone, and then on the computer, right click the video in your onedrive and select “share”, copy the link and paste it into the notes of the ticket. Tapping on the link in the app will open chrome or whatever and let you watch the video.

I will give this a try! thanks!
I believe it would be a huge win if Aspire’s site audit report could support video attachments and auto-generate video or audio notes. This would enable us to deliver service recaps more effectively and provide richer context for our clients. The site audit tool is already strong—we just need to sharpen it further to take it to the next level.
In addition, features like auto address completion are quickly becoming industry standards, and we’re glad and eager to see Aspire continue leading the way in adopting these enhancements.
Thank you,
