Is there any way to stop the screen from scrolling to the bottom when expanding Service Items initially when Creating an Estimate?

Hi Keith, 

This sounds like an issue that is not supposed to be happening. I would recommend submitting a ticket to Aspire Care for them to submit as an issue. Please include a screen recording if possible, to help determine the issue quickly.

Not sure how to contact Aspire Care….

...and it looks like it’s a common issue - based on the likes.

In the resource center/ question mark inside Aspire there should be an option that says something along the lines of contact support. If you don’t have that option someone else in your company does unless you are still in implementation, in which case I would talk to your implementation manager to get that set up for you.

Thank you.  We are still in implementation.


One solution I’ve found is to Expand the Service Groups by clicking the “>”, and then to Collapse the groups using the down arrow (“v”) and then to expand the groups a second time.

This still should be coded to work correctly, IMO.

Hi Keith,

I reload the browser page. I find that there are a lot of quirks in Aspire when creating estimates, especially when using a template. This seems to fix them and I haven’t lost any data in the opportunity by doing it.

I appreciate your reply.  Overall, I’ve been impressed with the value Aspire can provide...but it’s not perfect.  Having to click an icon several (three?!) times to set a page up to enter an estimate is not optimal is it?  And I’m using Microsoft Edge (should have mentioned that initially), so the issue would be easy to replicate and resolve.  Thanks again.
