I’ve created a Properties view/list with no Filter applied...BUT it’s not including all of our Properties.

-- Grouping is by Property Type, then by Industry Name.
-- Sorting is Property Type, then Industry Name, then Property Name (all three ascending).
-- Fields Displayed are Property Name, Active, Ops Manager, Created by User.

If I add a Filter for 1) Commercial, 2) Light Commercial, and 3) HOA, leaving 4) Residential unselected, the number of [Commercial] Properties increases from by more than 100.

Any help would be appreciated.

...I’m using Microsoft Edge on Dell laptop with Windows 11 Pro.

Hi @keithw , Look for the coin stack at the top right. This button gets me all the time.

The system only shows a set number of results until you click that coin stack when your returning results are large quantities.

Thank you Jennifer.

I had seen the button but didn’t realize what it was for.  Thank you again.
