We’re trying to find a better way to store irrigation-specific property information so it’s easily visible to irrigation techs in the field, without cluttering operations notes for other departments.Examples of the info we’d like techs to see: Controller type and location Backflow type and location Zone count Valve box count and locations Other irrigation-only features Right now, the only obvious place is Operations Notes, but that information isn’t relevant to landscaping, mowing, or fertilizer crews and quickly becomes noise for those teams.We’d also prefer not to store this in Opportunity Operations Notes, since if a job is recreated instead of renewed or a repair opportunity would be added, that information is lost and no longer visible to the tech.Has anyone found a good alternative approach? Tags that techs can see? Custo

Is it possible to create a report in Work Tickets that pulls information for multiple work tickets?  The tickets are not consecutive.Thank you in advance.

Anyone else having trouble with Quickbooks Online and Aspire? We can not approve purchase receipts and deposits do not sync from Aspire to QB. Told this is a known bug, going on 2 weeks, no resolution. We cannot close the month of November because of this issue.

Hello. I’m having an issue with the feature “Show in Portal”. My customers are not seeing our notes and pictures we load into a work ticket. Any advice? Thank you!

When I pull over a template to use to bid on a new maintenance contract, I approve the updating of all kits, cost etc. etc. but it doesn’t update them.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Is there anyway to access the timeclock function on the desktop app? We have a couple office workers who are using the mobile app on their personal phones to clock in and out. We’re trying to see if we can avoid them having to use their personal phones without us getting them work phones. Thanks,

my ops manager is trying to input receipts and he keeps getting this error - Returned access token is null for AspireSystemid: 710 and Branchid: 2 has anyone else experienced this issue and if so what is the solution/cause of this

Has anyone use a firm or person that was helpful in setting up basic API integrations at a reasonable price. We are trying to automate a few simple data transfers to minimize the amount of manual entry into other systems.

Has anyone had any trouble syncing their Google calendar with the Aspire calendar? 

I’m trying to filter my list to only show accounts with balances. I have tried the advanced filter with both Greater than 0 and Greater than 1. Still showing accounts with no balance. 

Hi! I am fairly new to Aspire, have been exploring it through my employer. I am curious if there is a way to edit or grant permission to edit Service/Operations notes in the mobile app? If so, would they update on the backend & remain that way? Currently they seem to only be editable on desktop, and not everyone on my team has access to it. It would be ideal to grant them the ability to edit through the app/on mobile.

Our company is trying to more robustly utilize the Google Email Sync function with Aspire. We’ve been successful getting our team members emails synced and they have been sending emails out to clients directly from Aspire, however the functionality regarding syncing inbound emails from clients does not seem to be working properly. The folder that appears after syncing your Gmail address labeled “Aspire” that is supposed to copy emails dragged into the folder we receive from customers into their contact records does not seem to be syncing successfully. Per my research in the Knowledge Base, the sweep of the “Aspire” folder is supposed to happen hourly, then move to the “Processed” folder once successfully synced. I have been trying to use this function and encouraging others in my company to be doing so as well to document customer conversations, however the sync is not happening consistently, and honestly does not happen at all most of the time. Up until the recent update (White Pine release) the Renewals function for Opportunities was working great. We were able to designate that we wanted to keep overridden pricing and it was working, updated formatting for descriptions in the Service catalog were coming through, etc. However, post update, this is not happening anymore for some reason. When we renew a contract and choose the option to keep pricing, it’s recalculating the pricing, rather than keeping the overrides, and our updated Service Descriptions are not updating either. We have a ticket in with Aspire Care, but our Power User says he hasn’t gotten any response to it yet. I’m curious to know if anyone else is experiencing this or if it’s just us.
