Our pool operator asked if there is a way to create new categories within Property Issues outside of the ones currently listed. Is there an easy way to do this? I also would like to create new categories for Employee Incidents.

Yes! When you go to your administration module, there is something called “lists.” Inside here can add options for a lot of the dropdown lists inside of aspire.
