Our company is new to Aspire. While we are all trying very hard to learn the system and all it’s functions. I don’t know that we are all on the same page about what the system can do. Is there anyone with quite a bit of knowledge that has been using Aspire, that is willing to sit down and walk me through a fully set up system.

I wouldn’t want to know all the ins and outs, but I would like to see how you have your work flows, lists, how you’re using your daily plan and invoicing. I would really like to see how this system is supposed to work from start to finish. At times it feels like we are piecing things together instead of the system just flowing like it’s designed to do.

@David_Spiritus that would be amazing! I would be forever grateful. I am extremely excited to use the software, but I’m in over my head. My email is production@oakridgenurseryinc.com. Thank you!

Hi @BBrist-

Transitioning to Aspire is a huge undertaking, and it's frustrating when the system feels pieced together rather than flowing smoothly. I want to point you in the right direction. While I can't personally do the walkthrough, I will reach out to our team to find the best person to help and connect you with them via email soon.

@BBrist Its been a month since this post and I assume you’ve made some progress but haven’t solved it all. We’ve been in aspire for 18 months now and learn new functions and new wasys to use it daily STILL! It takes a lot of trying and trying and trying again- but eventually it clicks and its amazing. It just takes percerverance. We do residential design buid and residential maintenance, if you need a shoulder to cry on let me know. I feel your pain, but it gets better.
