Is there a way to set up a Time and Materials on Completion Opportunity so that drive time allocated to each ticket is not part of the hours calculation? For our T&M jobs, we are considering charging a flat “mobilization fee” rather than including drive time in the labor hours billed for the job. This is mostly due to how Aspire allocates drive time, we just want to be consistent with how much we charge customers rather than allowing Aspire to calculate the time. Our customers really like to dispute their bills, and when they see us on their property for 2 hours but get charged for more because a averaged/random/blended amount of drive time gets added as part of the labor hours, they get confused and combative.I know I can manually change the amount of hours in the invoice batch before sending to be the “Onsite Time”, but I was wondering if there is a way for that to happen automatically, so that there’s less need for manual action to be taken on the invoices, and less ch

In PA and maybe other states, we have a list of people who registered as Hyper Sensitive to pesticides.  These individuals require a minimum days notice to applications.  Is any one aware of a feature in Aspire or product that integrates with Aspire that checks my active customer list against properties on the registry?  At current I have type each address into a website to see if there is a hyper close enough that requires contact.

is it possible to export the aspire schedule into a google calendar? 

My team is new to Aspire just using the software for a couple of months now.  We are looking to find a trainer in the software that can help us with a few questions we have with the work tickets, appointments, opportunities, and invoicing.

Hi,We're building an integration with the Aspire API and noticed that the /Opportunities endpoint only shows GET and POST methods in the documentation.We need to update existing opportunities (change status, estimated dollars, close date, etc.) but we can't find an update endpoint.Questions:1. Is there a PUT or PATCH endpoint for Opportunities (e.g. PUT /Opportunities/{id})?2. If not, does POST /Opportunities with an existing OpportunityID act as an update?3. Is there any other recommended way to update an existing Opportunity via API?Thank you!

When renewing a contract at CURRENT markups we have discovered that the pricing is higher than it should be.  We’ve created a ticket in the help hub and were told that it was an issue they were aware of but as of yesterday, the technical team had not reviewed the issue yet to even start fixing it.   Our sales team is at a standstill until this is fixed.   In addition to the fact that Aspire knew about this problem and didn’t let any of their customers know, how many other companies have sent out renewals with incorrect pricing and subjected themselves to potentially losing the job because it wasn’t priced accurately?   This is unacceptable!  We need to be notified of major software glitches that affect pricing!  We need a faster turn around to the fixes!  I am tired of being told to submit a ticket and wait weeks for it to be resolved.

Is there a way to do a onetime invoice without creating a new opportunity?

In the process of cleaning up/standardizing takeoffs for properties. The issue is I assumed the Property Search page would allow me to put columns for takeoffs I’m interested in or selecting the three dot menu and “Export to Excel (all fields)” would include the takeoffs.But all it does is show primary takeoff for a property.I know the Opportunity Search page allows putting takeoff columns and exports all takeoffs. Since opportunities can have different takeoffs and we might have more than one opportunity for a property these can be inaccurate and require a lot of manual data cleanup to be able to use.Wondering if I am missing something on Properties to see all takeoffs or going at this the wrong way?

Anyone have a trick they are using to bulk down load pictures? We have a property that is wanting us to send them a property for every work ticket which is 1200-2000 pictures a month. They have to be put into the customers system so we cant just send them with the invoices but I am thinking to save them with the invoice might be the quickest way at this point. Does anyone have anything different they are using?

Please help me vote this idea uphttps://feedback.youraspire.com/ideas/WAP-I-7597The concept is simple - being able to allocate kits -- or -- simply calculated multiple items used based on a single input and usage rate would significant reduce complexity for things like chemical tank mixes.For example; If I can create a “Round 1” kit to be allocated by the gallon, and the items in the kit are consumed on a per-gallon basis, then simply entering the number of gallons used should reverse-calculate the chemicals or items contained within that gallon.This would remove the need to create a fictitious items with a manually calculated cost per gallons outside of Aspire, as well remove the need to do a monthly inventory adjustment to balance inventory items with fictitious tank mix gallons.

Hello all,I’m trying to adjust a price for a kit in Aspire to adjust the margin, but when I type in the new number, a notification pops up that says, “You can only reduce the price by 0%.” It doesn’t let me change the price. It only happens sometimes but happens for things both catalog and one-time items.Has anyone run into this problem before? Do you have any idea how to fix it?Thank you,Emily 

We are in the process of setting up emails to send to our customers to confirm completion of some of our turf services, however it’s not allowing me to send the test email to myself to confirm that the formatting of the email came through how I was anticipating. I have tried to choose several different tickets for the test (all the correct service) and have tried several different email addresses to send it to besides my own, and I always get a red error box that pops up telling me that an error was encountered and to try again. Is this happening to anyone else?

I set it up in a way that it insert new data to my databaseHowever, I just noticed that deleted OpportunityNumber are not flagged, meaning I would not know which Opportunity has been deleted from API.Has anyone have the same issue?Thank you

Hello everyone!Has anyone put together a simple way to track which Aspire courses each employee has completed (and which are still outstanding)? I’m imagining a master spreadsheet listing all courses, ideally grouped by role, with an easy way to mark completion by employee.I’m happy to build this, but I wanted to check first if something like it already exists. Also, would anyone else find a template like this useful?
