Work ticket not showing up

I have an estimate with 8 different line items, but 2 of the line items are for the the same type of job which is retainer walls. 

On the estimating portion I have:

  • Vegetable Box Retainer Wall
  • Retainer Wall

When I go into work tickets only Vegetable Box Retainer Wall shows up. I need to record materials into the Retainer Wall work ticket, but it is not appearing. What should I do?

Hi ​@svaldivia- I can confirm Other items will not pull onto a work ticket in Aspire Mobile, but will be on the WT in Desktop.

I’m using Aspire desktop to pull up the Work Tickets, but for some reason it’s not coming up.

It sounds like your work tickets may have been combined in the system.

If you use the same service more than once in an estimate and do not check the “Separate Work Ticket” box in the service details, they will merge to 1 ticket. Does that 1 ticket have the totals hours & materials for both?
