I posted about this topic last week, and starting from last Thursday until around noon on Monday, the Site Audit feature was inaccessible on iPhones.

Thanks to Aspire for releasing a hotfix on Monday afternoon to restore access.

That said, I would greatly appreciate it if we could receive a notification or warning in advance when issues like this arise.

Site Audit is a key tool for our team members, and the sudden loss of access while they were on properties caused a lot of frustration.

Thank you for the feedback on how we can better communicate outages/issues within Aspire. I will pass that along to the team that handles those types of messaging to our clients. 

Also on the site audit update front, we are currently working on discovery of updating site audit, but do not have any dates to share at the moment. 

I’d second everything that ​@SoboYiW said, this feature in the system is greatly lacking. We’re slowly adding usage of various parts of the system, and while I would love to see more site audits getting done, because of how clunky it currently is, and the barrier to entry for getting them done in the field, I’m not going to be pushing anyone to do them. It could be an incredibly valuable tool, but not as currently configured.

Posting to get this back on Aspire’s radar.  As a new user to the platform in our first season, I feel the site audit feature is a big letdown.  It looks very useful at first glance but then quickly breaks down as soon as you actually try to utilize.  As detailed by ​@SoboYiW  the needed fixes are numerous, but also don’t seem out of reach.  Another piece of Aspire with has really strong potential but is poorly executed.  Would love to hear more from Aspire on what their plan is.  

Sosmetimes you have to break the tool to make it work. With a lot of web report designer magic you can solve a lot of the client side of the Site Audit. I wish that they were classified as an activity. 
 

They talked big game about Site Audits 2.0 two years ago? Havent heard much since.

Hi Tim, thank you for posting this and for the nudge to keep it visible. Feedback like yours and Yi’s is exactly what helps us advocate for changes internally. I'll make sure this gets in front of the product team so they hear the feedback directly, and I'll come back to the thread if I learn more about where site audit sits on their radar.

It looks like they’ve got some big things in the works. I”m putting my site audit plans on hold until they do the new release “planned” for 1/13/2027. this looks VERY promising.

I would like to add a suggestion that Site Audit reports allow a wider variety of criteria to be displayed, such as Property Name Abbreviation, Property Address and Property City. 

But the most important is the ability to filter or sort by “Most Recent Property Audit” by name of Auditor or Audit Type. Only the most recent is the most relevant when looking at lists and reports.

I think you can sort by the site audit name and type but not by the auditor. It also looks like you can sort by date, unless I’m missing something. These are all the sorting criteria.

Yes, I think you are right; yours looks very similar to the report I use. I guess SA auditor is another criteria they should include.

But some properties have more than one type of Audit being done. And we need a list of all the most recent of each type e.g. “MT Quality” or “Irrigation Check” or “EN Job Progress.” So after I have filtered by Audit Type, I would like the “Field Name” of the Date filter to include something like ‘most recent visit to the property’ or ‘most recent SA’

There are other parts of Aspire also where it is needed to filter lists by the most recent visit

Add it to idea/voting and post it here so we can “rock the vote”. 

In the Idea/Voting Portal I entered them as two separate ideas. One under Reports and one under Site Audits. But I lost the numbers assigned so I could add them to this Community.

Also I should use the Aspire terminology better. It is the FIELDS, not Criteria. So we need more Field Names accessible in Admin>SiteAudits and in Reports>SiteAudits.
