Good morning everyone,

A while back I tried posting something here about diving deeper into the operational side of Aspire. I may have gone a little too hard into the question and did not get much response, which is fine but still had me with questions.

Since then, I have caught myself looking for “study groups” or even reaching out to people in leadership asking if something like that exists.

First, I want to say Aspire already offers an amazing community and resources. There is a lot of knowledge and willingness to help. I am just trying to understand if there might be interest in something a bit more focused maybe a small study group or recurring discussion where people can share the ways they have made their day-to-day operations easier.

I coordinate service operations and scheduling for our irrigation division, so I live inside work tickets, opportunities, visits and client relations and I know how much the right structure (or wrong one) impacts the entire team.

Aspire is a powerful tool. Most of the time it is not about more features, it is about the right setup, clean workflows, and keeping things structured so the team can operate smoothly.

I am thinking about topics like:

  • Work ticket structure

  • Opportunities flowing correctly

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Time tracking discipline

  • Keeping documentation clean for field + office

  • Invoicing alignment

  • Profit visibility

Nothing formal, maybe just a coffee-time call once in a while where those of us in the trenches can share what is working, what is not, and learn from each other.

If that sounds interesting, let me know. Would love to see if there is appetite for something like that.

Love this idea!

Love that and appreciate it!

Would you be open to sharing a little about what you focus on inside Aspire? What areas you work in most, and anything you are really liking or maybe still finding challenging?

Would be great to hear different perspectives as we shape this.

Hello Keenan, love it!

Would you mind sharing a little about what you mainly work on inside Aspire? Anything you really like about it or anything that still feels tricky on the operational side?

Also, if we were to set up a casual coffee call, what days or times usually work best for you?

Would be great to start shaping this around everyone’s availability.
