I am curious to see everyone’s opinion on this topic.  I want to see purchase prices and allocations cost in my margins, in the month I am performing the work, on the day I am allocating the cost not when I am changing the cost…..or better yet, can Aspire not auto calculate the purchase difference when you open a PO and receive it and auto calculate the allocations thereafter.  Does anyone re-allocate after making a price change to make sure their GM are accurate?   ...Rock The Vote: WAP-I-7549

Hey allI see that the way to manually verify/edit T&M tickets is to check one item at a time and then go to bulk actions and complete, and then to just enter one number for the price override. This seems weird. It seems like since T&M are a pretty unique setup that there would be a better developed process for manually modifying hours/materials prior to going to invoicing. How do we know the way it will apply the pricing adjustment and what the customers will see on their end when just one flat override? Am I missing something? Can I edit at the invoice level?

It used to be that a login with Pin or email was only neccessary 1x a week or so.Now each time the Ap is closed we must log in again when we come back?Is there a fix or setting on our end for this?

I love that we now have the ability to pull contact information via Aspire Mobile but is it just hindsight that its only pulling from Office Number? If a number is in home or mobile it will not generate the phone icon to give the crew leaders the number. Is this intentional? 

Hi team,I’m seeing an issue where My Case → Open Cases shows no entries even though there are active cases in the system. Is this a known issue affecting others right now? Can you provide an ETA for a fix? Thank you!

We are having an issue with “Work Ticket Visit Scheduled” emails not sending to customers. They were sending previously, but haven’t sent since Saturday (we have a delivery time of 3 days). Nothing has been changed in the notification template, but now only SMS messages are sending.  Does anyone know what’s going on?

Hi all. I am using the contract renewal report and I have some contracts that I want to make disappear from the report. Trying to make the report be used only for things that I am actually working on. I have an opportunity tag called “non-renewing” and I have a filter set to not show contracts that have that tag. But, they are still showing. Screenshot attached. Its like it won’t pull tags from the expiring contract, only the new one. But in other fields it’s pulling from the expiring one and NOT the new one. Best work-around?  

Is anyone else experiencing that they can not correct any time entry conflicts? The window that pops up is just not allowing either one to be selected so the time entry can not be saved.  I’m assuming this is just a hiccup from the update today. Wanted to see if anything else was experiencing this.

I feel like I have seen an area to submit feature ideas for Aspire, but cannot find it now. Can someone link me? Recording my idea here now because I’ve been thinking about it for the last 30 minutes. Also hoping maybe to get some dialogue about the idea.As a newbie to the establish “best” methods for chemical/tank mixture tracking and inventory, there seems like a much easier way that would require a few tweaks.If there were a different item type called something like “chemical blend” - or even “allocation kit” - or even just a checkbox to make the items from a kit be allocated according to the kit production rates and allocation units, it seems like this could make this chemical thing way easier.I understand that kits are just for estimating. But with chemicals, it’s impossible to accidentally use an incorrect amount of an individual item within a mix (read: kit) because the solution is already mixed before arriving to the job site. Hi! Ever since we started aspire we have struggled to figure out the best way to handle the items on our seasonal color proposals. I was wondering if anyone has experience with this and has found a way that works well for them. Ideas we have been work shopping are 1)having specific plant names 2)just plant sizes 3)just a plant budget. Each way we have tried has good things and bad things and nothing has worked great. Thanks!

I’m trying to run a report that shows me all the tickets scheduled for the next day, but I can only get it to show tickets whose Start Date is next day, not everything scheduled for tomorrow. I feel as though I have to be missing a simple filter setting or something - can anyone help? TIA!

Hello, I cannot login into customer support, I don’t know my user name and when I try to reset the password, I don’t receive a password reset link. I read something earlier about an email sent in early December, which I do not have. Does anyone know how I can get another copy of that email ?

Up until the recent update (White Pine release) the Renewals function for Opportunities was working great. We were able to designate that we wanted to keep overridden pricing and it was working, updated formatting for descriptions in the Service catalog were coming through, etc. However, post update, this is not happening anymore for some reason. When we renew a contract and choose the option to keep pricing, it’s recalculating the pricing, rather than keeping the overrides, and our updated Service Descriptions are not updating either. We have a ticket in with Aspire Care, but our Power User says he hasn’t gotten any response to it yet. I’m curious to know if anyone else is experiencing this or if it’s just us. 

Over the last few years, we’ve had continued headaches with the payroll portion of QuickBooks Desktop and are ready for a change. Our file sizes are large, and we do in-house payroll. We operate multiple branches with separate entities and are considering moving to Enterprise Suite Online. Has anyone else made the move and what are your thoughts on the integration with Aspire?Look forward to hearing your pros and cons. Chaun Sherman

Does anyone use Sitefotos in conjunction with Aspire?Do you keep them separate, use an API?Or do you use something else entirely for photos with services for vendors who struggle with crew mobile/app.youraspire?

We went live with Aspire in 2024, but had been using ArcSite long before PropertyIntel. We find PropertyIntel to be vastly underperforming vs. ArcSite and wanted to see if anyone has been using both solutions with a middleware integrator. If so, how has this worked for you and how challenging was the integration process?

Is anyone else having issues with using Fixed Price Open Billing when creating new Opportunities? It was working fine for a while, but recently, the option to set up a Schedule of Values has completely disappeared on Fixed Price Open Billing estimates. We’re also for some reason being redirected to create a Schedule of Values when we Win Fixed Price on a Payment Schedule estimates, even when a payment schedule was already established and saved. Seems like some wires on the back end are crossed somewhere. We have tickets in to Aspire Care for these issues already that we’re waiting to hear updates on, but I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem, or if it’s just us. 

We are experiencing the following issues with Aspire Mobile for Crew clock in:Aspire app sporadically not syncing & recording time correctly. Application unexpectedly shuts down when crew members are attempting to select “clock in”. (All troubleshooting steps have been taken – restart/reinstall app/etc). Aspire does not display crew members under Leads when they’re selected during clock in. At times the application does not allow leads to clock themselves and crew out at the end of their day.Can anyone please give insight in how to fix any/all of these issues?

We would like to use custom forms for some of our irrigation services so we can move away from paper.  However, they need to be done during the service.  We had them set up as complete ticket forms, but that doesn’t allow the tech to use the form while providing the service.  If we switch them to start ticket forms, will that allow for use while performing the service?  Or will that affect their start time and not actually start the ticket until they complete the form?
