I am looking for a list of material once a job is complete to give to a customer. We would like to give a list of plants to them if they need to call us back about a plant. Then, the customer will know the name of the exact name of the plant they are looking at. This will help us streamline when they call into the office. Does anyone give there customers a report/overview of the hardscape they complete for the customer? Once we are done with a hardscape project we are trying to market that we can do there landscaping/mowing. Does anyone else do this and what are your ideas?
