The 2024 Recap: Aspire Together As we close out 2024, it's a great opportunity to take a moment and reflect on all we've accomplished together in the community this year. We’ve hit some impressive milestones. 🎉 Your achievements, commitment, and enthusiasm have enriched the community experience for others and created a thriving space for learning and growth. Together, we've achieved the extraordinary! 🎆 In the middle of the summer, we debuted the new Aspire Together before Ignite. But Aspire Together wasn’t the only new addition in 2024, we also introduced Aspire Ambassadors, Aspire to Greatness, and Aspire Academy. Talk about a year of growth and high achievements, we are so glad you joined us on this journey. 🚀Through Aspire Together, we were also able to send three of you to Ignite ‘24! Speaking of Ignite, 50 of you joined us in the community after attending our biggest event of the year. We introduced the iconic Ignite’ 24 Customer Awards- a tradition we hope to carry on at
So as part of our end of analysis I was looking at services across branches, with an eye towards revenue per hour to see who was at the most efficient, and seeing what the other branches could learn from them as we get ready to renew. Something wasn’t quite adding up with what I was seeing. The Revenue/Hour (Actual) is not available as a “custom” or weighted average in the total row. I think what it is doing is instead of giving the average of all revenue divided by all hours, it is figuring the Rev/Hr for each ticket, adding those all together, and then dividing by number of tickets. I went into custom formulas, and was very easily able to create my own that does provide the custom format. The variance isn’t crazy on some services, but it was typically in the $50-$90 range. Enough to really change how we think of these services.I don’t know if anybody else uses this data to help inform decision making processes, but if you do, I would HIGHLY recommend going in and creating your own fo

Hello! Recently I was tasked with creating various dials for my companies supervisors. However, I haven’t gotten past the Site Audit Scores dial that they would to be done by crew. Does anyone have any idea how I can get both crew and SA Scores to be on the same lists. If so how would I do so? Thank You!
Is anyone else having trouble pulling up documents in Crew Mobile? On both Android and iPhone are crews are unable to open the documents uploaded to the property. They are marked as ‘Expose to Crew’ and we didn’t have this issue last week. We can see all of the available documents, but tapping on them does not open them like it used to.
Does anyone handle their our H2B applications? Or have an agency they can recommend. Thx
We are a new to Aspire company - We have always operated on industry standard prices per square foot to estimate - and are now having a hard time figuring out industry standard production rates (How many sq ft of sod an individual can lay in an hour, etc.) for the Aspire buildout - as well as markup % for our various divisions. Anyone willing to share theirs to give us a starting point? For reference - we are roughly a 5 mil company in the Southeast US. Thanks in advance!
Mowing, tree trimming, lawn service OM MY! It's exceedingly difficult for my scheduler to do so with zero over lap. He works hard to keep teams that can't work at the same time from running into one another... how do you do it?
All of my invitations do not send out. I get an error message. Is there somewhere where I can see the settings for me and the customer , to be sure the invite goes out? Barb J

We can send certain invoices straight to a portal for our customers to pay if they have a Purchase Order listed on the invoice for regular maintenance. If there is no PO, I have to send to a group, and wait for them to research. Is there way to select email contacts from an opportunity if you do not want it going to all contacts for the property? We would like to automate the monthly bills that do not change, so they can go straight to the approval process.BarbJ
Anyone who is using approval workflows, would you share some about your experience and process? We’re trying to get them set up in our system but would like to hear from some others about how it works for them. Really wish there was a GM% option because that’s our big focus at the moment, but limiting it in user roles means that the alerts aren't auto-generated, and it isn’t as simple as just clicking approve or deny, you have to make adjustments and then get back to the sales rep or tell them that they need to have it higher. Just would be nice to have a couple different triggers.Curious to hear everyone’s thoughts
We are in implementation and recently I learned that job costs in aspire are only considered labor, materials, rented equipment, and subs. But I’ve always considered owned equipment COGS as well. Usually this would be an hourly rate which would include depreciation, fuel, & maintenance for whatever machine is running. We also bid jobs this way. The operator at one rate, and the equipment at it’s own rate. This keeps us competitive as it appropriately charges the equipment to only the clients who need said equipment. One of my subject matter experts told me, though, that mowers are not COGS, they are overhead so they aren’t job-costed. What would be the way to work around this so that I can apply an hourly cost to those pieces of equipment for job costing purposes?

The “Notes” box in the Contact screen could be improved to serve as a CRM tool. It should be a horizontal box below the Contact Information (which, by the way should be more compact to take less screen space). It should allow to automatically add date and user stamp- then user can create any note, summary of phone call, etc. Hopefully call summaries from the VoiceforTurf phone integration. This would lead towards a more robust CRM functionality...which lacks a lot of features.
Hey All,I am trying to build a list of site audits that only shows the most recent site audit for each property. I want to have a dial that shows production managers the number of properties that have scored below a certain threshold. Does anyone know a way to do this?
Hello,Does anyone else run their lawn care (fertilization and aeration) programs through Aspire and how does this look? The issues we currently have and are trying to find solutions for are:Building a kit for an application that is a certain price up to 2,000 SF and then increasing by $15 per 1000/SF extra? Do you recommend setting up each application as different service lines or as one service with multiple occurrences? We would appreciate any insight! Thank you!

I have all my products entered into my material lists with EPA numbers names etc, is there a way to generate a report that could act as SDS directory for my company? Even better… is anyone aware of an Aspire SDS tab or plugin that already exists?!?!
We have exciting news to share next week. And here’s a hint. Let us know in the comments below what you think the surprise is.
Did anyone know that you are NOT able to use your search bar for Serial Numbers in the equipment module??I was told it was too much for the system to handle and so you have to do a filter instead...Isn’t that what a search bar is for?!? This software cost A LOT of money considering it is very clunky and does not help with efficiency…
