The best thing you could do is make it available to do on Aspire Mobile. Having to have the browser open is very clunky. I’ll email you with some more thoughts.

We love site audits and we use it every day. Last two month we completed over 2500 site audits.
But we are facing some challenges as well.
phone friendly interface. we use iPhone to do site audits.
- need to adjust Aspire property page to be viewed at Landscape, then it will show the “new site audit” at the bottom. Otherwise could not get into the site audit page.
- could not scroll down to the last category and could not score it. so we have to create an category “ iPhone doesn't display the last category. Please Do Not Score”. And apply this category to all the site audit type.
- Uploading photos sometimes takes a long period. so we recommend to score the site audit on the property and upload the photos later. But it seems not very efficient. If we can make the uploading process more smoother. It will be super helpful.

That is amazing that you guys are utilizing site audits to do 2500 over a couple of months. With this effort we are looking at completely revamping the site audit page to be mobile friendly which should alleviate all the issues you listed as the full Aspire website is not optimized for mobile responsiveness.

Same for us. However this is creating its own problems and so I will be implementing site audits through Aspire this summer. Can wait for the fix to come through forever.
Making the category note easier, please!
Currently, we need to click on the 3 dots menu at the end of each category name, click on “add/remove category tags”, type the note at another pop up window, click on add, then click on Save.
Total 4 clicks to make one note.
It seems very inefficient, please make the note section easier in Site Audit.

Totally agree there is a lot of multi click steps to add something simple and it is something we are looking to reduce!
We currently use Company Cam because it is so clunky. I will pull some of our site audits and send it over. We also don’t like how you can’t write comments related to specific pictures. Company Cam is so user friendly. It kills me that we have another subscription to efficiently take pictures of current projects and do site audits because the functionality in aspire is there but it kills our crews.
