I use purchase assistant for my material purchasing. I have realized on the assistant it does not tell you how much you have already used of that material. Is there a setting or somewhere else i can go to see the totality of the items ive already purchased?
Example:
¾ drain stone i have 7 tickets with various amounts in the quantities for the job.
How do i see how much ive already ordered for the entire job?
You should be able to see it right in Purchasing Assistant (as long as it’s been allocated to the WT)!
The field “Item quantity allocated” should give you prior allocations - furthermore, “qty to order” field should give you the end result you are looking for, and should reflect identical amount to the equation: ItemEstQty] - mItemAllocatedQty].
Note that similar (but not same) items not present in estimate but ordered (and the opposite) will not be reflected in this scenario, and require further work to produce accurate quantities to order.
