Hello,

We are experiencing an issue where purchase credits created in Aspire are not automatically syncing with QuickBooks. Could you please provide guidance or a workaround to ensure that these transactions are matched automatically in QuickBooks? We are looking for a solution to seamlessly integrate purchase credits between the two systems without manual intervention.

Hi ​@maysalas, Are you using QuickBooks online or Quickbooks desktop?


@Jcruz , we’re using QuickBooks online.


@maysalas Unfortunately Quickbooks online doesn’t sync the purchase credits over and it has to be a manual entry.
