Work Ticket Data Different than Report?

I have two window currently open right now. A Work Ticket Filter with Completed Date = Last Week. On the other I have the Work Ticket Visit report with a filter of Complete Date = Last Week. Does anyone know why the numbers I’m getting are vastly difference?  Below is an example of just the work tickets being generated being completely different. Report is showing nearly 50% of the revenue too. Any idea why this is when the filters are literally the same??

Activities tab (Tasks Vs. Issues)

I'm looking to get some ideas on how others use the activities tab.  We generally use this when field staff submit possible opportunities and time corrections.  The issues section, more so, becomes a “To Do” list for us.  I'm wondering how we can be utilizing this tab in a better way,  and opening up other uses for it. Thanks for any input.

Vehicle Inspections

Hello,I am trying to set up inspections in Aspire Mobile for Crew Leaders. We have given the “Create Equipment Inspections” permission under User Roles. When I log in under my test crew leader all I can do is clock in under the route and request equipment repairs.However, when I log in Aspire Mobile as myself-System Admin and Crew Leader-I can see and perform a vehicle inspection.I have not been able to find Aspire Mobile inspection information in Knowledge base either.I would appreciate any help with this.Thank you,Angie

Autopay on Contract

Is there a way to have clients sign up for autopay when they sign their initial proposal/contact? We want to have their signature or approval in some way for the autopay, of course, then would love to have that be automatically started. If we have to do it manually for now, I understand, but we want to encourage them to sign up for autopay AS SOON AS they sign their contract. Many of our clients are tired of monthly invoices and/or having to check the portal on their own since the Aspire emails tend to go to their junk/spam folders in their email.

Schedule Board Issues

I will have issues with the schedule board not allowing me to move tickets around or drag and drop from the work ticket tab in the top right corner. The only solution I have found so far is by restarting my computer. Has anyone found a faster solution to this?

Internal Overhead Reset

Hey I am relatively new here. I was out of the office last week and I forgot to reset my internal overhead for September. I’ve done it twice, and  mainly I forget where to find that at. If anyone has been late doing this and knows of anything else I need to do before my September EOM rolls around so I am not pulling my hair out, I would greatly appreciate any and all advice.  Thanks!

SMS/ Email Customer Notifications

Is anyone using a 3rd party integration to send customer notifications? We want more customization for our customer notifications that can’t be done in Aspire, but customers are asking to recevie texts or emails. For example, some customers want notification for all services, some only want notifications on some services like irrigation or flowers, some want all services except mowing or weeding. In Aspire it’s all or nothing, so we can’t customize what service notifications are sent for one customer, without changing it for everyone. Is anyone having more success with this?

CRM Activity Tracking

We currently utilize activities as our CRM tracking tool, but we struggle to get CRMs to consistently log their activity (yes, this could be a people/training issue which we are simultaneously addressing). We want to get ahead of the game if there is a client that is slipping through and not getting the attention they deserve.Is their a way to run a report which would show all properties/opportunities in a book of business where a CRM should be having consistent activity and the last time that activity occurred (but based on a specific CRM activity category, not just an invoice sent or email reminder)? We want the list to show all of the properties even if the last activity is blank so we really can create awareness of clients that haven’t been touched at all or not within a specified timeframe (i.e., 14 days).We don’t necessarily want to create future tasks for a once-per-month CRM check-in for every single property because it seems it will just clog and make things look messy, plus t

He holds leadership roles on the boards of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and is the State Board President for the Landscape Inspectors Association of Florida (LIAF). Under his guidance as LIAF President, membership has doubled in the last five years, and over 300 members have become Certified Landscape Inspectors.
