API Support Needed: Create Estimate under Opportunity and Update Status to Complete & Won

Im curious to know what you are integrating with and the use case for using the API to create, complete and win estimates in Aspire?

We are integrating Aspire with a third-party project management platform. Here is our full use case:

When a project is approved in our third-party system, we need to automatically trigger the following workflow in Aspire without any manual intervention:

1. Create a Property in Aspire
2. Create an Opportunity under that Property
3. Create an Estimate under that Opportunity
4. Update the Estimate status to Complete
5. Update the Estimate status to Won
6. Create Work Tickets under that Opportunity

The goal is to fully automate the project onboarding process in Aspire once a project is approved in our external system. This eliminates manual data entry, reduces human error, and ensures both systems stay in sync in real time.

Current Progress

-Create Property via API ✅ Already working

- Create Opportunity via API ✅ Already working

Current Blockers:
- Create Estimate under Opportunity via API ❓
- Update status to Complete via API ❓
- Update status to Won via API ❓
- Create Work Tickets for that estimates via API ❓

Any guidance or workaround would be greatly appreciated!

I am by mo means an api expert or a coder by education/trade, I have, however, worked with a number of teams on api projects to guide the process. SavvyOtter is a great partner that could help and would know the answer. I have never seen the actions you are looking for done.  I could also say with confidence the last call to create work tickets would be unnecessary (not possible) as they are created by action of winning the opportunity in Aspire. I will say the proper terminology is complete estimate, Win opportunity. What is the Project Management software you are using? Are all the same items and services existing in it as in Aspire?

Just to confirm — is there an API endpoint available in Aspire to:

1. Create Estimate

2.Complete the Estimate
3. Win the Opportunity

If yes, could you point us to the correct endpoint or documentation?

I honestly don't know.....I would bet there is not....Let me see if I can find out. Have you submitted a support ticket to Aspire asking this?

A Support Ticket is submtted in Aspire via the ? icon menu labeled Support only certain Users (usually 1 or 2).
