We use as needed tickets for snow. We have notes in the snow notes, but is there a way to have an image appear with every snow ticket to show where the plowing/shoveling should be? If not, any work arounds that you’ve discovered? Thank you!

I almost feel silly saying this as I am sure you know about it already, but the first thing that came to mind is Uploading Attachments and making sure “Expose to Crew” is checked. This will allow them to see a picture, but it will not pop up automatically when they clock in to the ticket.
What I have done in the past is put a reminder on the ticket notes that there is a map or attachment to find in the Documents tab of Aspire Mobile. Then they can go find the document you want them to see.
You can do this on an Opportunity or Work Order level.

+15I did “know” about it but completely forgot. Thank you!! I think this is what we did last year. I feel stupid now.
+7Ahh no worries. There are so many places in Aspire to put notes (I created a doc on it) that it is easy to forget one or the other.
