I want to share something that has made a big difference in my email engagement rate.
So my company is still small potatoes. I’ve got 5 employees and we are going to do just under $1m in revenue. I really want to let customers know that I’m not just some small outfit without systems. I operate at a high level.
Something I took the time to do in Aspire is set up HTML email templates for proposals, invoices, and even updates. I will admit that I am fairly good at HTML (thank you tumblr and myspace).
I embedded the banner image from my website and it has a tracking link on it which tells me when people have opened the email, this was the most complicated part.
