Be able to copy part of an opportunity to another opportunity

It would be handy if it was an option to copy from one opportunity to another existing opportunity without having to copy everything or create a new opportunity.

An example would be an existing opportunity that has been estimated and submitted with a concrete driveway and the client asks about having pavers installed instead. You had another job almost exactly like this one with pavers so it would save a lot of time if you could copy the paver service and items along with the description and add it to the opportunity that needs the changes per the client's request. Right now there is no way to copy from parts of two different opportunities and make a new one.
