Hey everyone! Trying to elevate our usage in aspire. One one ever utilized the custom fields in the properties / customers and I was just curious how others are using this and if anyone has any suggestions that are escaping me.  currently I have;Property Checklist: Dog? Irrigation? Gate? Invisible Fence? Property List: Controller Location (Inside, Inside(via appointment), Inside(business hours), Outside)Contact Checklist: Multiple Properties?

When a client is overdue on their invoices, our scheduler is being asked not to schedule any more of their work until they pay their balance. In other software that has been used, there is a status called CREDIT HOLD, which prevents any of their work from being scheduled until the credit hold is removed. Is there a way to implement this in Aspire?

Has anyone experienced the customer portal link in the invoice email keeps unlinking so the customer can’t use it?  This has been an ongoing issues since we going in July and Aspire walks me through the fix but then it happens again.  Really embarrassed when customers contact me.  This was to be a better software system and I’ve been very disappointed.  

We are exploring options to automate our invoicing process and would greatly appreciate any suggestions on this topic.For example:Automatically resending invoices if they remain unpaid after a certain period.Currently, Aspire does not support this level of automation, and we are seeking assistance in finding a suitable solution.Are there any third-party tools you would recommend? Do you have any suggestions for individual solutions we could implement?Thank you for your help!

Hi all - simple question probably, we’re in implementation. I need to choose system layouts, probably just going with defaults for now. But can’t find where in the back-end I actually set these?

We have been growing our Maintenance Contracts and Enhancement divisions since starting with Aspire. We now have many many great solid clients in all fields except single-family houses. (Education,  Hospitals, Commercial and Multi-family complexes)What success have others out there had with bolting on exterior maintenance services for existing clients like Cleaning, Painting, Parking lots, pest control, or anything at all? On the North West Coast, so snow clearing is very minor. Or using Aspire to start up a second totally different service business? Open to all ideas.Thank you

Does Aspire have any crew mobile tutorial videos that can be used when we have our start of season orientation?   I’ve watched the one in English already, just curious if there’s one in Spanish.  

Hi everyone,Our current process for tracking leave time accruals is clunky and tedious. While we’re not yet ready to switch to Inova - which I know integrates accruals directly into the Aspire system and could solve our issue - I’m hoping someone here has an elegant interim solution.Here’s how we’re handling it right now:ADP produces a biweekly Leave Accrual report. Before approving time for payroll, Account Managers check a report I created in Time Entry that shows leave time taken by each employee. They manually compare the total hours taken to the numbers in the ADP Leave Accrual report.The leave time report in Time Entry is set up as follows:Grouped by: Employee last name Filtered by: Work Date greater than or equal to the date of the ADP report (manually entered when checked) Filtered for: Leave time services onlyThis process wor

Hello All!I was working with our purchaser today and came across a conundrum. Does anyone know of a way to see the items that need to be purchased that are *only* on a change order? 

Hello All, Newbie here and to ASPIRE.  We are in implementation phase.  Have QBO as accounting database and have never carried Inventory on our Books as an ASSET.  Obviously we have product in the yard that is already paid for.  As we begin to load up quantity on hand for initial inventory.  I am not sure what  the Liability (AP Cost) is going to look like at END OF MONTH?  Can anyone shed a light…. ?Please and Thank You.

Team, can you please help me.  I inactive one route because we have 3 different but I want to merge them and add all in one only route and I inactive the other 2 routes but Im not able to see all the trips that were before. So with that said how can I merge them and how can I activate them again?  thank you
