A client of ours is trying to add their payment information to pay for an invoice, but as soon as they go to type in the information they get the following error: a gray box that says boltgw.cardconnect.com took too long to respond. They have tried using two different browsers and refreshing the page but continue getting the same error. Do you know what could be causing this? Thank you!
