A client of ours is trying to add their payment information to pay for an invoice, but as soon as they go to type in the information they get the following error: a gray box that says boltgw.cardconnect.com took too long to respond. They have tried using two different browsers and refreshing the page but continue getting the same error. Do you know what could be causing this? Thank you!

Hi ​@angeltopflight - does your client use an ad blocker, by chance? Often, when we see these errors, it’s because an installed ad blocker won’t allow the payment box to pop-up and load correctly. 


Hello, they confirmed pop up blockers are turned off.


@angeltopflight Thanks for the info! We have not seen any other reports of this error, which leads me to believe there may be a connectivity or browser issue on the client’s end. I recommend having them try to access the portal in a private/incognito window or clearing cache and cookies to see if this resolves. If they continue to have issues, please log a ticket with our Care team, and we can help investigate further!
