Hi @angeltopflight - does your client use an ad blocker, by chance? Often, when we see these errors, it’s because an installed ad blocker won’t allow the payment box to pop-up and load correctly.

@angeltopflight Thanks for the info! We have not seen any other reports of this error, which leads me to believe there may be a connectivity or browser issue on the client’s end. I recommend having them try to access the portal in a private/incognito window or clearing cache and cookies to see if this resolves.
