What’s the best practice/method for including contract items included at no additional charge?
One client has a small area we agreed/contracted to weed at no additional cost to the customer.

+16Are you looking to display these no additional cost work items on the estimate to the customer? Or is it more of an internal, need to track that these items were done for free and we might need to include them in the price in the future?
Yes. :) Both, potentially.
We want to show the items included at no additional cost to the client (marketing) AND
also able to not disclose items included for our own use but not necessarily show them to clients - for example, a soil test which we perform to improve our ability to service the customer.
