When I tried to win a change order, this error popped up: “A completed work ticket cannot be modified by a revision.” We have already completed this work and are winning it so we can bill the client, but I made no revisions to the tickets, and the schedule of values was unchanged.

Have any of you seen or solved this problem before? Thank you for your help!

Is it a problem to uncomplete the ticket corresponding to the service you are modifying for a moment so you can push through the revision? It may be in a closed month or a pending invoice batch which may complicate things, but the error says what the issue is. 


I didn’t think of doing that, but I just confirmed with our CSM that this is the way to fix it. I un-completed the work ticket, won the CO, and then re-completed the work ticket. Thank you for your response!
