When a crew member who is clocked in is deactivated, they continue to show up in the crew leader's Aspire Mobile. They cannot clock them out. When they use "Start All" on a work ticket this causes work ticket time to accrue.
Potential preventions:
* Don't allow deactivation of clocked in users
* Automatically clock out users when they are deactivated (warn person doing the deactivation first)
