Has anyone created a list (in work tickets or opportunities) that tracks earned revenue by calendar date? It looks like there is no date filter to limit earned income time frame.

I’d like to create a dial from the list for each of our department heads, so they can track and modify their  projections each month.

It is not possible to report revenue earned by day from Aspire. Aspire books earned revenue by month on the first day of each monthly only.  If you run an earned reveneue number using the EOM or P&L reports (these are the only two places you can get it by period earned) and a set date filter that does not include the first day of the month you will get a $0 result.  if your date filter only includes the 1st day of the month you will get all earned rev $$ for the month.

@David_Spiritus  Thanks for your response.  I have never noticed that it books on the first of the month. I suppose I always use the Last Month or This Month date options so haven’t seen it before.

Do you have the dial/graph on your homepage that tracks Revenue? See below. It is one of the graphs on our homepage that we can modify but not eliminate. It may be a default created by Aspire. It seems to track revenue in real time. When I refresh it, the revenue increases if someone has completed a job in Aspire.

I was hoping to make a similar divisional dial/graph for our managers to compare their projections to actual. The one below compares budget to actual.

There are a few things you can do in that regard….. You should also be able to remove that KPI….KPI’s can only be created by you the user…..they cannot be shared…….I’d be happy to schedule a call to discuss david@spiritusba.com
