What’s the best practice for blocking time off on schedules? For example, I have a tech that will be off for three days at the end of the month. Ideally, I’d like to place something on the scheduling board that helps prevent him being scheduled work tickets on those days.
We send our maintenance opportunities with optional services listed. When a client approves the contract and selects optional services, we want the optional services to be invoiced per service, different than the maintenance opportunity that is invoiced monthly. There should be a way to make this happen without resetting the opportunity to bidding and losing the customer's signature (it’s not ideal to download it and then reattach after “winning” it.). Is this something Aspire is working on?

Hi Guys,We are integrating with the Aspire API. We have successfully implemented creating an Opportunity via API. However, we are now blocked on the following three operations:1. Create an Estimate under an existing Opportunity via API2. Update the Estimate status to Complete3. Update the Estimate status to WonWe reviewed the full API documentation at https://guide.youraspire.com/apidocs but could not find any endpoints that support these operations under the Opportunity module.Could anyone from the community or Aspire team please confirm:- Is there an API endpoint to create an Estimate under an existing Opportunity?- Is there an API endpoint to update the Estimate status to Complete?- Is there an API endpoint to update the Estimate status to Won?- If these are not currently supported, is this on the product roadmap and what is the expected release timeline? This is currently blocking our integration development. Any guidance, workaround, or documentation would be greatly appreciated.Th
Hey all, I have a ticket list I want to create using an opportunity tag. The tag in question is “2026 Landscaping Contract” which is applied to all of our full service contracts. When I filter for that tag in opportunities, I receive many results. When I filter for that tag in work tickets with no other filters, I receive only a fraction of the tickets I should receive. When I change the filter to “2025 Landscaping Contract”, I receive the rest of the tickets I should receive, and furthermore, drilling into individual opportunities, they do not have the 2025 tag applied, but 2026. 2026 Landscaping Contract Filters + Results2025 Landscaping Contract Filters + ResultsScreenshot of Opportunity shown in 2025 results showing lack of 2025 tag Am I missing something or is this a bug?
Empowered women empower the world 🌎 In honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day on March 8th, we’re shining a spotlight on the incredible women who shape our community and drive our industry forward. To kick things off, we reached out to @Caren Bueno at Corbett Irrigation, a powerhouse professional whose journey is as inspiring as it is unique. We asked her to take us back to the beginning and share the story of how she first broke into the field, the hurdles she cleared, and the spark that started it all: 1. What sparked your interest in the irrigation industry? If I am honest, my interest in irrigation did not begin with a lifelong dream. It began with a practical need. I was seeking stable work and a career path that would allow me to grow. At the time, my partner was working as a field technician, and that is how I was first introduced to the industry. Before I officially joined the company, I participated in a community project at Ayer High School, where th
Is there a way to run a payroll report for previous day complete hours worked besides the Hours Pivot? I’m not a fan of waiting for next for hours to show up on report once approved. We’ve noticed additional hours added to time entry after the work orders for the previous day have been closed.
Like everyone else our company is exploring opportunities on leveraging AI more this year. For those of you using Gemini hat are some gems you have set up?
How is everyone else getting rid of pending invoices in invoice assistant that were generated, then had to be changed and regenerated? This is junking up our invoice assistant and causing problems. I can’t believe its’ not possible to void, archive, tag and filter, delete, something so we don’t have to manually review every one of these each month.
On P&L monthly reports: I can only see the data for last month, but I need to look at the month prior to that. How can I navigate to older monthly reports in the system?

How is everyone tracking employee accrued PTO and managing requests for PTO? We use QB online for payroll and utilize an accrual-based PTO system, which is tracked in QB. However, since we have no need for the time tracking feature in QB thanks to the Aspire Mobile app, we have to utilize an entirely different resource for submitting and approving time off requests. The app we have been using for the last couple years is called DayOff. While it is simple to use and convenient for the crew, it has become a PITA to keep each employee’s accrued and remaining time off balance up to date, as the app does not sync with QB. Has anyone found an easier way to deal with keeping track of time off balances and requests?
How do you print a receipt after a customer has made a payment? We’ve tried the knowledge base, which tells us to click on the payment, go to the three dots, and select print, but there is no print. We have Refund, Void, or Delete. Surely there is a way??

Hello everyone!I am trying to find a way to hide specific services on an opportunity proposal. For example, I would like to be able to hide labor and labor rates when sending proposals and not have it be itemized. Has anyone created a layout in Web Report Designer that allows for this? Any help is appreciated!
How are you using the Service Logs in Aspire for your fleet? Do you have one person input the data? The Driver? What is your system for tracking and documenting the process?
Is there a way to set up a Time and Materials on Completion Opportunity so that drive time allocated to each ticket is not part of the hours calculation? For our T&M jobs, we are considering charging a flat “mobilization fee” rather than including drive time in the labor hours billed for the job. This is mostly due to how Aspire allocates drive time, we just want to be consistent with how much we charge customers rather than allowing Aspire to calculate the time. Our customers really like to dispute their bills, and when they see us on their property for 2 hours but get charged for more because a averaged/random/blended amount of drive time gets added as part of the labor hours, they get confused and combative.I know I can manually change the amount of hours in the invoice batch before sending to be the “Onsite Time”, but I was wondering if there is a way for that to happen automatically, so that there’s less need for manual action to be taken on the invoices, and less chance for c
In PA and maybe other states, we have a list of people who registered as Hyper Sensitive to pesticides. These individuals require a minimum days notice to applications. Is any one aware of a feature in Aspire or product that integrates with Aspire that checks my active customer list against properties on the registry? At current I have type each address into a website to see if there is a hyper close enough that requires contact.
