Easiest / best way to do chemical apps w/ Aspire

Hi all, just read the knowledge base article about managing chemical applications in Aspire.But, I am looking for input from real life users for the most flexible/least overhead work to do chemical applications for our commercial landscape maintenance company.Through 2025 we have always just had a subcontractor do our chemical apps. We are going to in-house for 2026.From everyone’s experience, what is the most flexible way to utilize Aspire for this? Based on the KB article, it seems like the once-per-month bulk inventory adjustment would be easiest, but I’m not 100% sure. Any feedback or input is appreciated! Thanks.

Has anyone use a firm or person that was helpful in setting up basic API integrations at a reasonable price. We are trying to automate a few simple data transfers to minimize the amount of manual entry into other systems.

Aged AR date correlation

In a typical Accounting system, Aged AR dates correspond with the terms assigned to the invoice as to whether it is Current, 31+ days, 61+ days, etc. I don’t see any definition of how Aspire recognizes these Aged AR categories and hoping someone in the community might be able to assist.

Daily Plan Update

Has anybody else gotten feedback from their crews about the recent update to the daily plan aspect of Aspire Mobile? Where it used to give a sum of all materials for the day, it is now breaking those materials apart so you can see what it is for each job. I could see some spots where you’d get value from that, but for turf crews that are using multiple materials across a lot of jobs per day, it pretty much breaks the function. The crew is now having to manually add up quantities. That’s not how I want them spending their time at all.

Best way to store irrigation specific property info for techs

We’re trying to find a better way to store irrigation-specific property information so it’s easily visible to irrigation techs in the field, without cluttering operations notes for other departments.Examples of the info we’d like techs to see: Controller type and location Backflow type and location Zone count Valve box count and locations Other irrigation-only features Right now, the only obvious place is Operations Notes, but that information isn’t relevant to landscaping, mowing, or fertilizer crews and quickly becomes noise for those teams.We’d also prefer not to store this in Opportunity Operations Notes, since if a job is recreated instead of renewed or a repair opportunity would be added, that information is lost and no longer visible to the tech.Has anyone found a good alternative approach? Known Bug- Aspire and QB Online do not sync

Anyone else having trouble with Quickbooks Online and Aspire? We can not approve purchase receipts and deposits do not sync from Aspire to QB. Told this is a known bug, going on 2 weeks, no resolution. We cannot close the month of November because of this issue.
