Good morning,

I am trying to figure out how to create a onsite vs total time metric for efficiency. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

      Go to Admin > Application>Advanced Search Formulas.

      Use New to open the new formula wizard

      Use the wizard to Name and create the formula by selecting module and the metrics youd like to "math" along with the proper mathematical action + - / *

        You will need to find that new search in the ticket screen, select it, then on the 3 dots on the right select “Create Metric”
