What’s the best way to avoid work ticket warranty, any recommendations?

Make a work ticket list like this and look at it every week (daily would be ideal). Things shouldn’t be on this list without a good reason. I do complete date last 60 days because a rolling 2 month window makes most items on the list actionable, rather than a bunch off stuff in closed months. 

 

For warranty costs older than 60 days, I haven’t found a really efficient way other than, if you have access to it, Audit>Work Tickets, and then filter for act warranty hrs > 0. That report isn’t very readable, and I haven’t played around with it enough to find a good format. My 60 day list keeps things pretty clean.
