I believe many companies experience end-of-month close challenges due to this control gap. Please take a moment to vote on this idea. Thank you. https://feedback.youraspire.com/ideas/WAP-I-6591 I am writing to request improved system controls around invoice adjustment permissions, specifically for fixed-payment contracts. We have identified a recurring issue where invoice administrators—sometimes with limited experience—are able to issue $0 invoices on fixed-payment contracts in an attempt to override the Invoicing Assistant. While this may appear to resolve short-term workflow challenges, it creates significant downstream issues during month-end close, including billing inaccuracies, reconciliation complications, and reporting inconsistencies. From a control and audit perspective, the ability to issue zero-amount invoices on fixed-payment contracts introduces unnecessary risk. This behavior is not always intentional misuse but rather a lack of guardrails within the system. We would like t
Does anyone know how to stop a cancelled work ticket from showing in route scheduling? The ticket is 100% cancelled, but continues to be available for scheduling no matter what I’ve tried. Screenshots are from the route scheduling and from the work ticket search.
ASPIRE has the ability to add Complete to a Purchase Receipt as the final step to send to accounting.Cannot get a clear answer on how to activate. Has anyone used this before.

I am probably just misunderstanding how something works. But, I am wondering on inventory items why can I not update the purchase unit cost after the item has been created? I assume it’s because it will take the most recent purchase unit actual cost from historical purchases. But what if you haven’t purchased one ever and you need to update pricing for the coming year? In this particular case, I am wanting to update a chemical mix cost based on a new formulation.
On our smaller construction work orders, we typically set up billing with a 0% deposit and 100% payment at completion. This approach works well for us in about 95% of cases. We recently had a project that was delayed mid‑job, before reaching completion, and we would like to invoice a portion of the remaining balance (for example, 40%) at this stage.Given that this job is set up as Fixed Price on a Payment Schedule (not Fixed Price Open Billing), is it possible to issue a partial invoice prior to completion? For reference, we do use Fixed Price Open Billing on our larger projects.
Hello all, any help will be greatly appreciated! We are a growing company and want to begin pricing maintenance services by unit—such as cost per square foot for mowing, bed maintenance, and blowing, and cost per linear foot for weed eating and edging. What are effective methods for calculating these rates without relying solely on shadowing crews and timing their work in the field?

We have been unable to open documents in Crew Mobile.I noticed it may be an iphone issue b/c our Google phones are able to open them.Maybe b/c of ios 26.2 update??
I don’t really understand why I can change any past months payment schedule amounts as those invoices have already been processed and paid. However, even more confusing is why some can be changed and not others? In this screenshot, this client started in March. They had a pricing change mid, year, and now are on another pricing change. Why is this what the payment schedule screen looks like when I open it? April-August have already been paid so why aren’t they greyed out like sept-jan?

I am curious to see everyone’s opinion on this topic. I want to see purchase prices and allocations cost in my margins, in the month I am performing the work, on the day I am allocating the cost not when I am changing the cost…..or better yet, can Aspire not auto calculate the purchase difference when you open a PO and receive it and auto calculate the allocations thereafter. Does anyone re-allocate after making a price change to make sure their GM are accurate? ...Rock The Vote: WAP-I-7549
Hey allI see that the way to manually verify/edit T&M tickets is to check one item at a time and then go to bulk actions and complete, and then to just enter one number for the price override. This seems weird. It seems like since T&M are a pretty unique setup that there would be a better developed process for manually modifying hours/materials prior to going to invoicing. How do we know the way it will apply the pricing adjustment and what the customers will see on their end when just one flat override? Am I missing something? Can I edit at the invoice level?
It used to be that a login with Pin or email was only neccessary 1x a week or so.Now each time the Ap is closed we must log in again when we come back?Is there a fix or setting on our end for this?

I love that we now have the ability to pull contact information via Aspire Mobile but is it just hindsight that its only pulling from Office Number? If a number is in home or mobile it will not generate the phone icon to give the crew leaders the number. Is this intentional?
Hi team,I’m seeing an issue where My Case → Open Cases shows no entries even though there are active cases in the system. Is this a known issue affecting others right now? Can you provide an ETA for a fix? Thank you!
We are having an issue with “Work Ticket Visit Scheduled” emails not sending to customers. They were sending previously, but haven’t sent since Saturday (we have a delivery time of 3 days). Nothing has been changed in the notification template, but now only SMS messages are sending. Does anyone know what’s going on?

Hi all. I am using the contract renewal report and I have some contracts that I want to make disappear from the report. Trying to make the report be used only for things that I am actually working on. I have an opportunity tag called “non-renewing” and I have a filter set to not show contracts that have that tag. But, they are still showing. Screenshot attached. Its like it won’t pull tags from the expiring contract, only the new one. But in other fields it’s pulling from the expiring one and NOT the new one. Best work-around?
Is anyone else experiencing that they can not correct any time entry conflicts? The window that pops up is just not allowing either one to be selected so the time entry can not be saved. I’m assuming this is just a hiccup from the update today. Wanted to see if anything else was experiencing this.
I feel like I have seen an area to submit feature ideas for Aspire, but cannot find it now. Can someone link me? Recording my idea here now because I’ve been thinking about it for the last 30 minutes. Also hoping maybe to get some dialogue about the idea.As a newbie to the establish “best” methods for chemical/tank mixture tracking and inventory, there seems like a much easier way that would require a few tweaks. If there were a different item type called something like “chemical blend” - or even “allocation kit” - or even just a checkbox to make the items from a kit be allocated according to the kit production rates and allocation units, it seems like this could make this chemical thing way easier.I understand that kits are just for estimating. But with chemicals, it’s impossible to accidentally use an incorrect amount of an individual item within a mix (read: kit) because the solution is already mixed before arriving to the job site. So, why not allow these instances of kits to be all
I’m trying to run a report that shows me all the tickets scheduled for the next day, but I can only get it to show tickets whose Start Date is next day, not everything scheduled for tomorrow. I feel as though I have to be missing a simple filter setting or something - can anyone help? TIA!
New Year, New Perspectives Eli recently shared a great perspective on why site audits are important for our quality control: A strong site audit isn’t about finding what’s broken. It’s about confirming that the business is performing the way you believe it is, crews operating at their best, standards being met consistently, and the finished work matching the bar you’ve set.Click here to read the full post from Eli. And a big thank you to Southern Botanical for hosting the Aspire team. 💚
