If Clients have access to their customer portal, can they create an issue, and have it sent to us about the property?

Hi, yes they can! As long as you enable “Requests” in Customer Portal configuration, your clients will see that option in the portal and can view public requests shared with them, as well as create new ones. 

When they create a request in the customer portal, the property’s account owner is notified and the issue appears in their activities list within Aspire 🙂
