It would be really nice if Aspire implemented a feature similar to DownDetector that would allow users to easily report issues with their Aspire services, and see real-time reports from others. Maybe one already exists? But the hoops I have to jump through to find a reason why I’m getting this screen and what’s being done about it, completely unnecessary.

100% agree!  By the time I verify that all users within our organization are experiencing the same problem, log into the Help Hub and create a new ticket, wait for a response only to be told that they are aware of the problem and are working on it.  Meanwhile the System Status feature hidden under the green check mark displays ZERO issues reported.   If we had somewhere to see that other users are experiencing the same problem at the same time so we can be assured it is taken care of and not all have to create duplicate tickets for the same issue.  I imagine it would save time for the Aspire Help Hub people as well, not having to answer the same question a dozen times.

It appears the system experienced downtime from approximately 9:00 PM last night until around 7:30 AM (Central Time) this morning. Based on the comments above, we observed the same behavior on our end.

After checking the status page, I wanted to confirm whether this was a broader issue or if our system was uniquely impacted.

Thank you for sharing the update and providing visibility into the situation.

I checked the status page and didn’t notice any “down time” which was confusing. This is a great idea. I’ll stand by ready to vote for it once you have the number!

Thank you for the honest feedback, and we completely hear you. We are passing this feedback along to our development team. I know there was a recorded incident at 7:00 AM EDT on the status page but you did have to scroll to the bottom which is not necessarily the most efficient.

I encourage everyone to go to the Voting Portal and vote for as many of these kinds of ideas that they can, if you haven’t already.  There is an idea similar to this on the voting portal but it hasn’t garnered enough votes to be considered as worthy enough for implementation yet.
