+2I am trying to complete a change order on a maintenance contract. I made all of the changes that needed to be made. Then there is no option for me to complete the change order. It gives me an option to win it or edit it but I need to send the change order for approval first before I can win.
What I’ve found is that while the contract change is in draft status, you can Print the proposal showing version history that includes the details of the contract change for the customer to look at and sign, however the option to email the contract with the contract change version history isn’t available. You’d have to download the PDF generated from using the Print option, and email it as an attachment, which is inconvenient. I definitely think the same options should exist for email that do for printing when it comes to delivering a contract change proposal.
