I am working on better defining our sales process within Aspire from the time a lead comes in to scheduling the site visit, then sending a proposal. We currently use the issue system for new leads up to the point that the site visit is complete, then create the opportunity from that issue. For example, we have multiple issue categories depending on where the lead is at in the process (1 - New Lead, 2 - Contacted, 3 - Site Visit Scheduled, 4 - Site Visit Complete, etc.) My goal is for our team to have a clear next step for every lead/issue & opportunity (won/lost/deferred within 21 days) whether that is scheduling a site visit, following up to a no response, or closing out an issue after 7 days of no response. What we currently are doing is working, but we don’t have a clear SOP that everyone follows. In an effort to not overcomplicate the process, I would be interested to learn how any one else currently handles this.
Is there a way for me to send a bulk email to customers while having their replies go to a different email address?Essentially, I would be the sender, but I'd like customer responses to be directed to a specific email instead of mine.Thank you!
Is there a way to set the Gross Margin (GM%) within an opportunity to default to 30%? Currently, we have to manually adjust certain material prices to maintain at least a 30% GM. I was wondering if there's a setting or configuration that would automatically apply a 30% gross margin by default so we don't have to update each material item individually.
Hello!Name: Annie Taylor & Jason Minshew & Kaya Johnston Location: Flagstaff, AZ (Northern Arizona elevation 7,000ft)Organization: Foxglove Gardening~ Annie & Jason (wife and husband team) owners of Foxglove Gardening; landscape maintenance and fine gardening along with Kaya Johnston gardener and part time office help with Aspire implementation. What we hope to achieve with Aspire: For the past 10 years we have been using paper, pens, clipboards, and Quickbooks to keep our business organized and now taking the leap to stream line our processes and create value with our company by using a landscape specific program. We started implementation last Fall (October) and gearing up for a very busy Spring. We hope to ‘go live’ with Aspire April 1st. The implementation has been a big job and we are hoping that using this program will go smoothly this Spring.Fun Facts: We are 30* above normal temperature in Flagstaff today. We normally would have many inches of snow on the g
Does anyone have a process where they use a software to scan and enter receipts into Aspire? I know there are products that do this for QBO. I would love to talk with someone that has some type of automation for receipt entry into Aspire.
A keynote you're going to want to show up for 🚨 Jesse Itzler is coming to Ignite, and if you don't know his story then get ready. Before he was an entrepreneur, he launched a rap career, managed Run-DMC, and wrote the hype anthem for the New York Knicks' 1994 playoff run. Since then, he's built and sold Marquis Jet to Warren Buffett, Zico Coconut Water to Coca-Cola, and 29029 Everesting to iFit. And somewhere in between all of that he completed Ultraman, finished a 100-mile ultramarathon, and became a two-time New York Times bestselling author. Jesse has made it his life's mission to chase challenge, discomfort, and the things people said couldn't be done. He's going to be at Ignite to share what he's learned along the way from the mindset, to the discipline, and to the momentum it takes to lead what's next. If you're looking for that extra push heading into the rest of the year, this is it. Secure your spot at Ignite through the link before rates increase on August 1st.
Does anyone have a invoice template that they’ve found works and is easy for clients to read? We’ve found that clients are getting confused with our invoices ESPECIALLY when there is a change order involved. We invoice and collect 50% deposit upon signing, but when there are change orders, or multiple change orders on larger jobs clients are getting overwelmed with the invoices being generated.

Good morning everyone,A while back I tried posting something here about diving deeper into the operational side of Aspire. I may have gone a little too hard into the question and did not get much response, which is fine but still had me with questions.Since then, I have caught myself looking for “study groups” or even reaching out to people in leadership asking if something like that exists.First, I want to say Aspire already offers an amazing community and resources. There is a lot of knowledge and willingness to help. I am just trying to understand if there might be interest in something a bit more focused maybe a small study group or recurring discussion where people can share the ways they have made their day-to-day operations easier.I coordinate service operations and scheduling for our irrigation division, so I live inside work tickets, opportunities, visits and client relations and I know how much the right structure (or wrong one) impacts the entire team.Aspire is a powerful to
5 Steps to Ensure First-Year Client Retention Most business leaders believe that client churn in months 12 to 18 is caused by execution failures. They assume a team slipped up, a deadline was missed, or quality dropped. But if you look closer, the root cause isn't execution at all. It’s an invisible failure point that happens months earlier: misaligned expectations during the first 90 days. 1. Reconfirm the why, not just the what at kickoff. The strategic priorities that won the deal need to carry into execution. When your entire team from account managers to crew leads understands the client's actual goals, decision-making changes at every level. 2. Set financial expectations before the first service visit. First-year dissatisfaction is often driven by financial surprises, not service gaps. Spell out how scope changes, weather events, and reactive work get priced and approved before confusion forces the conversation. 3. Establish a governance model upfront. Who decides what, how of
I am wondering if anyone has integrated with Wisetrack? What their thoughts are and what their clients who applied for the financing, what their thoughts are?
Happy New Year’s Eve everyone!Looking into next year, our company wants to start utilizing AI tools more frequently and integrate it with our current processes. That being said, has anyone used the open API to start running Agentic AI tools? More specifically has anyone used Replit with Aspire’s API?Any insight from your experiences is greatly appreciated! 😊
This might not be the right place to ask this but here we go...Would it be possible for the powers that be to expose the `/CatalogKitItems/Create` endpoint to public API? I’m looking into building something where, upon creating an item, it will kick off the creation of a kit AND be able to add items to the kit.Or maybe I’m blind and just don’t see it if it’s already there. In which case, could someone point me in the right direct?
SIMA Recap Our team just wrapped an incredible few days connecting with snow and ice management professionals from across the industry. I am struggling with aspire not having a crew scheduling feature. I find the crew lead being assigned to a route useless, especially in the winter. I have tried making properties for each employee and then creating an overhead ticket called shift start and assigning to just a scheduling route. for shift times only and then creating the email or sms notifications, but realistically - it is great to schedule all our grass tickets or landscape project tickets into the routes, but knowing who is where and when without having to have a big whiteboard in the shop or creating a secondary schedule in our google calendar is frustrating. The goal is to not duplicate the workload or make more back end tasks just to tell the team who is where each day or week to week plans. What is everyone else doing? What am I missing?
We are a company based out of Quebec. By law, we are required to have all of our operating systems available in both French and English. Is it Possible to make Aspire available in French? This would allow our company to be compliant, and provides an easier use of Aspire for our french-speaking users.
Hi does anyone know if there a way to view the “Proposal Description 1” on a work order after a change order is done? I noticed that the option to view or edit the Proposal Description is no longer available after a change order is done and I am wondering if there is a way around it to be able to edit the description before invoicing. Example:

These are for jobs where the customer changed their mind halfway through the project, and the work tickets were completed without a change order. As a result, these invoices are not billable and should not be invoiced. What is the best way to remove them from the Invoice Assistant queue? Thank you.
Is there a way to setup the invoicing in aspire to automatically add a fuel surcharge. I see that we can add it individually on an invoice. But it can’t be added until after a batch is “completed” which creates its own challenge.

Hello! Does anyone know where I can find where to change the Aspire mobile issue subjects? We added a category under the activity type but this only changed the dashboard category not in the mobile version. It looks like the six that are on there now are defaulted from Aspire.
