Optional Service Tool

What does the error message say and/or show a screen shot? I’ve not had this happen.

This is what I’m getting!

I’m not sure! Is that service available in all branches? Sorry...

It’s available in all branches, and my second branch is really just a dummy branch because I don’t love the sandbox. 

I got nothing. I did it with a service that is not in any estimates at all and it worked. You may just be cursed.

Can you try with a service that is in optional services in an estimate?

The optional service tool lets you generate proposals from optional services on already won opportunities. They generate as stand alone work orders. We spent a lot of time on the front end so that everyone that doesn’t include it in their package gets the standalone proposal as we prep for A&O

Interesting. Learn something new every day. Hopefully the tool will work for you so that the front end efforts actually save time. 

​@Kbaird sorry, I thought I replied to this! I tried it out with a service in optional and it made all the new opps as expected. So it was working for me yesterday at least. 

And an update:

This optional service is on about 700 properties, and the tool cant handle that high of volume. Frustrating. 

Ok good to know…  bummer. 

Have you received feedback or clarity on how many properties it is capable of being useful on? ​@Kbaird 

They’re working on shipping an improvement for the tool, but no exact number.
