I had some contacts that were incorrectly added to a project and I am wondering if there is a report or way to view audit history to see which user on our account added them?

+24When you say “added to a project” do you mean clock time or as account manager, operations manager etc?
The Audit report or Clocktime entry report may help. If you havent changed it yet, there is a modified by field on most data fields accesible through the API.

Added to the property/project as a billing contact. There are contacts who received invoices incorrectly from a contact being added, so I am wondering if I can see who added that.

choose contact, you can then filter it to the contact you want and see who modified it
