Multiple time entry and clock-in issues/ errors

We are experiencing the following issues with Aspire Mobile for Crew clock in:

  • Aspire app sporadically not syncing & recording time correctly.
  • Application unexpectedly shuts down when crew members are attempting to select “clock in”. (All troubleshooting steps have been taken – restart/reinstall app/etc).
  • Aspire does not display crew members under Leads when they’re selected during clock in.
  • At times the application does not allow leads to clock themselves and crew out at the end of their day.

Can anyone please give insight in how to fix any/all of these issues?

@Sterling, we intermittently experience the same issues and take the same approach to resolve. Sometimes it works and others it doesn’t. Have you gotten any answers from the community on a legitimate fix or from Aspire Care?

Same issue with our company. Often times part time help who only work a few days a week can’t have time reconciled because it won’t show their clock out times even after multiple days have passed of them not working. Our office admin will have to text that person individually and have them resync their app. That isn’t really something our office admin has the time to be doing every time they want to complete times, especially when we have multiple people that have the clock out error happening with. It’s been fairly frustrating on our end to try and sort through these issues. It makes the time management side of things take WAY longer than it should.
