Invoicing Automation

We are exploring options to automate our invoicing process and would greatly appreciate any suggestions on this topic.For example:Automatically resending invoices if they remain unpaid after a certain period.Currently, Aspire does not support this level of automation, and we are seeking assistance in finding a suitable solution.Are there any third-party tools you would recommend? Do you have any suggestions for individual solutions we could implement?Thank you for your help!

Additional service offerings to existing Maintenance Customers

We have been growing our Maintenance Contracts and Enhancement divisions since starting with Aspire. We now have many many great solid clients in all fields except single-family houses. (Education,  Hospitals, Commercial and Multi-family complexes)What success have others out there had with bolting on exterior maintenance services for existing clients like Cleaning, Painting, Parking lots, pest control, or anything at all? On the North West Coast, so snow clearing is very minor. Or using Aspire to start up a second totally different service business? Open to all ideas.Thank you

How to delete a post on Aspire community please?

I was informed that it is currently not possible to edit the topic name once it has been submitted on this community page.Since there is no spell check for the topic/subject field, I noticed that I occasionally misspell the topic name.I wish there were an option to delete or edit the topic name after submission.Thank you!!!!!!!

Looking for a Streamlined Solution for Tracking Leave Accruals

Hi everyone,Our current process for tracking leave time accruals is clunky and tedious. While we’re not yet ready to switch to Inova - which I know integrates accruals directly into the Aspire system and could solve our issue - I’m hoping someone here has an elegant interim solution.Here’s how we’re handling it right now:ADP produces a biweekly Leave Accrual report. Before approving time for payroll, Account Managers check a report I created in Time Entry that shows leave time taken by each employee. They manually compare the total hours taken to the numbers in the ADP Leave Accrual report.The leave time report in Time Entry is set up as follows:Grouped by: Employee last name Filtered by: Work Date greater than or equal to the date of the ADP report (manually entered when checked) Filtered for: Leave time services onlyThis process works, but it’s time-consuming and feels unnecessarily manual. I’d love to hear if anyone has a better way to handle this or tools that could help automate o

Initial Inventory BEST process

Hello All, Newbie here and to ASPIRE.  We are in implementation phase.  Have QBO as accounting database and have never carried Inventory on our Books as an ASSET.  Obviously we have product in the yard that is already paid for.  As we begin to load up quantity on hand for initial inventory.  I am not sure what  the Liability (AP Cost) is going to look like at END OF MONTH?  Can anyone shed a light…. ?Please and Thank You.

Sales tax error on customer invoices

Afternoon!We do progress billing in our landcsape construction and maintenance business. When we do this, tax is automatically added to each invoice based on an allocation of the full project. The issue with this is: not everything on an invoice is taxable! (Concrete, Plant Material, Etc). This causes our invoices to look wrong, and is going to create a problem.Any tips or workarounds?

How to add trips to the same batch when on multiple pages in invoice assistant.

Hello, I have some properties that go over the 35 per trips in invoicing assistant. When i go to try and add them to the same batch, they do not stay checked when i go to the second page. How do i get all the per trips for one single property to go in the same batch to be able to generate one invoice? I'm hoping i explained my issue properly.

Property Contact Information in Aspire Mobile

Our previous software contained a lot of data on the mobile side regarding property information.  Multiple data fields including contact information as our field techs generally interact with clients while on property or need access to the home.  We are an irrigation only company.  Is there any plan to add basic contact information to the mobile app or will they always need to use the crew leader version of Aspire Desktop?

Way to see all kits that an item is in?

Hey all, We are doing our annual Aspire cleanup and the User Guide/Knowledge Base doesn’t have anything regarding this. Does anyone know of a way to see all kits that a catalog item is in? We want to simplify some of the unit types we are using which means adjusting several catalog items that use the old unit type(s).
