We are working in a new state, AZ, with very specific requirements on what is reported for chemical usage with each application. The standard chemical usage report in Aspire does not meet that requirement. I created a custom form and tried to submit but I’m told it’s a Pro Services request. Before I push this further, have any of you worked in AZ and already worked with aspire to create a custom usage report that we could copy? We don’t want to reinvent the wheel if not necessary.
