We just hired some new account managers who are needing to send out bulk emails to the primary contacts for the properties they are now assigned to in order to make introductions. We have made a really nice list in the Properties module for the account managers that shows them the properties they are responsible for, but it doesn’t appear that they can send a bulk email from the Property list from what I can tell. Is there a way for them to send a bulk email to primary contact of each of these properties, in a way that isn’t having to find and individually check off the primary contact for each property in the contact list to perform a bulk email from there, or to send a bulk email from the opportunities module which forces a copy of the opportunity to be attached to the email?
It would be great to be able to bulk email from Properties and be able to choose to email the primary contact to be the recipient of the email. Definitely will be having our power user add to the idea portal if it’s not already in there if this capability doesn’t currently exist.
