When I update the cost of a material in the item catalog it does not show the updated price unless I click the + sign on allocation item cost and go into where we see all of the price changes the material has had. If I go estimate the material it will show the new updated cost. Is this a bug? 

We need more votes to bump this up the list! The system is unforgiving when a mistake is made applying payments. “Allow user to re-open a payment to make corrections such as assigning to a property, re-assigned the invoice that it is paying, etc. Understanding that this may only be able to happen in open months.”WAP-I-3704:   https://feedback.youraspire.com/ideas/WAP-I-3704

The route optimization feature appears to now be working improperly.  It will state that the route has been optimized (after choosing the appropriate first/last stop), but every time I tested a route in which I knew what the optimized schedule should be and has been in the past, nothing happens and the route stays in the same incorrect order.

Is anyone using a 3rd party integration to send customer notifications? We want more customization for our customer notifications that can’t be done in Aspire, but customers are asking to recevie texts or emails. For example, some customers want notification for all services, some only want notifications on some services like irrigation or flowers, some want all services except mowing or weeding. In Aspire it’s all or nothing, so we can’t customize what service notifications are sent for one customer, without changing it for everyone. Is anyone having more success with this?  

Who uses Inova for their payroll and also pays their employees a premium per hour for snow removal?  I’d like to connect with you because we’re having an issue with the Snow Override Pay Code amount for OT hours flowing to Inova, so I want to learn how companies make this work.For clarification, we pay a higher wage when an employee does snow removal and any hours that they work over 40 hours/week are paid at overtime rate.  For the hours over 40 that are worked on snow removal, they get 1.5 times their snow pay rate.  For the hours over 40 that are worked on non-snow removal services, they get 1.5 times their normal rate of pay.  Our pivot report in Aspire calculates this perfectly.  When it pulls over to Inova, it’s taking the snow removal OT hours and paying them at their snow rate instead of 1.5 times their snow rate.

It is available 20 hours on App Store. Have you tried the push notification successfully for issues? It seems not working on my iPhone. Thank you. 

Hello,I’m hoping to get some advice on managing our item catalog in Aspire. It’s been a pain point for us for several years now. When we started using Aspire back in 2019, we were still figuring things out, and unfortunately, a lot of users had access to add items (many of which weren’t accurate or consistent). We have since restricted access to only a few people.Fast forward to today: we’re sitting at around 8,500 active items (after deactivating about 3,000!), and we’re still struggling to keep pricing updated and the catalog organized. We’ve been considering the SiteOne integration, but we’re hesitant to bring in even more items given the current state of our database.So I’m curious:How do you manage your item catalog in Aspire? What best practices have worked for your team? Has anyone implemented the SiteOne integration successfully and found it helpful?Any insight or lessons learned would be greatly apprecia

Has anyone had issues with crew leaders that were previously assigned to a route, sticking as the crew leader on future work tickets, even after changing the crew leader on the assigned route?… Even though that crew leader is not an active employee?

With creating a cloxk in or clockcout custom form can you choose who is required to receive it. For example I wanted to create a fuel log for fuel pumped at end of day. I added this as a clock out form.  But many of my employees won't need this form because they dont use company fuel. Is there a way to assign this form or a better way to create a fuel log ?I need fuel logged per crew leader /per rig

Hi!I'm curious how others are handling enhancement work ticket flows to ensure they are capturing all cost. Has anyone run into this-the system didn’t T&M Calc properly because cost were added after the ticket was marked complete?Picture this: An after-hours emergency call where no one's available to create a PO. The tech makes a purchase, completes the work and marks the ticket complete via the mobile app. What process have you implemented to ensure your team capture all costs accurately to ensure the correct bill is issued?

On the aspire platform dispatch page, we need to have ability where when we click on a vehicle, it will pull up Trip history data from our telematics portal (Geotab).Question 1: Is it possible to have the vehicle on aspire portal showing up as a hyperlynk that points to Geotab portal?Question 2: is it possible to build an addin (if Aspire has SDK) on the aspire portal, so that it can pop a window an automatically pull data from Geotab portal?I'm not sure if Aspire has any SDK we can develop add-ins on.

I attended my first Ignite this year and really enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to how Aspire will continue to evolve and work hand in hand with AI. I’m also looking forward to being part of this community and learning from others! 

Looks like with the new update anytime you manually move a stop the entire scheduling board resets? How are things like this falling through the cracks when changes are made?   

We are needing better CRM management than what Aspire provides. We need to have educational emails to go to clients while they are waiting for their appointment with our team member; appointment reminders; job reschedule notifications that actually work; automated estimate follow-ups; etc. MarketingPro does not use text and can not say if or when it is on any roadmap. We need more. Does anyone have any experience integrating something like Zoho or Hubspot? Trying to find another solution, and wondering about integrating options.

In the Service Occurence Schedule in the Service Catalog for a Service, is there a way to make the Occurence(s) column any farther away from the Month column?  Closer?

Hello,I am trying to set up inspections in Aspire Mobile for Crew Leaders. We have given the “Create Equipment Inspections” permission under User Roles. When I log in under my test crew leader all I can do is clock in under the route and request equipment repairs.However, when I log in Aspire Mobile as myself-System Admin and Crew Leader-I can see and perform a vehicle inspection.I have not been able to find Aspire Mobile inspection information in Knowledge base either.I would appreciate any help with this.Thank you,Angie
