Support Ticketing System is Changing on December 8

Important Update Starting December 8, 2025, we’ll be transitioning to a new ticketing system to improve efficiency and customer experience. From that date forward, tickets will be referred to as cases. The main change you’ll notice is a refreshed interface to view your submitted cases for easier tracking and understanding. You’ll continue accessing AspireCare from the same locations as before, and the new system is designed to remain intuitive and user-friendly. After the switch takes place, you’ll continue to have access to your ticket history from the past year.

Service/Ops Notes on Mobile

Hi! I am fairly new to Aspire, have been exploring it through my employer. I am curious if there is a way to edit or grant permission to edit Service/Operations notes in the mobile app? If so, would they update on the backend & remain that way? Currently they seem to only be editable on desktop, and not everyone on my team has access to it. It would be ideal to grant them the ability to edit through the app/on mobile.

Email Sync Doesn't seem to be happening

Our company is trying to more robustly utilize the Google Email Sync function with Aspire. We’ve been successful getting our team members emails synced and they have been sending emails out to clients directly from Aspire, however the functionality regarding syncing inbound emails from clients does not seem to be working properly. The folder that appears after syncing your Gmail address labeled “Aspire” that is supposed to copy emails dragged into the folder we receive from customers into their contact records does not seem to be syncing successfully. Per my research in the Knowledge Base, the sweep of the “Aspire” folder is supposed to happen hourly, then move to the “Processed” folder once successfully synced. I have been trying to use this function and encouraging others in my company to be doing so as well to document customer conversations, however the sync is not happening consistently, and honestly does not happen at all most of the time. Heyo all, It’s been a busy year. I feel like everytime I dig into Aspire, I learn something new. This year I have spent SO MUCH TIME in the web report designer. Here’s some things I’ve learned:Filter out null ID’s in bands if your list is showing a weird blank space (Thanks Ignite presenter for this one) How to manipulate DateTime field types My favorite is creating custom calculations. I know that Aspire doesnt handle discounts well, but with a custom field you can display what their discounted amount will be.

Another ‘best practice’ question…Where can we enter notes related to scheduling work for an Opportunity/Contract.We’re entering renewals of contracts, but this is relevant for new contracts as well.For example, if a customer signs a contract but wants to be called before we show up (i.e. “Call First” in our previous system), where can we note this at the Opportunity level (it might not apply to all contracted work at the Property. For example, irrigation work might be a ‘call first’, but mowing might not be a ‘call first’, or vice versa)?We need the notes to be shown when scheduling so we can better bring value to our customers.
